The resort fee at Solterra Resort is a one-time access fee, not a daily fee. The cost is $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. Please note that this fee will ensure access to the clubhouse and pool area for the entire length of your stay!

· We provide you with a small starter kit, which includes:
One (1) roll of toilet paper,one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent (Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest).
· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $35 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay).
ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
We clean the pool weekly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.

POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than 2 vehicles in your party, please use the clubhouse parking which is 0.3 Miles from the house.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS (be aware USPS doesn't deliver in Solterra Resort). Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
