When a 24-hour emergency line is in the listing, I’d expect someone to respond to said emergency line within a reasonable time. Responding to messages from 11 PM at 7:30 AM is not acceptable. My group was unable to access the premises after a long day of travel due to incorrect codes given (not close to the right type of code for the door lock). We ended up barely sleeping, causing our entire trip to start on the wrong foot. Once we were able to access the premises, the house was comfortable for what we needed, but floors were absolutely disgusting. Do not wear white socks, they will be black very soon. Overall, I wouldn’t rent this house again, despite how it perfectly suited our needs. The frustration just isn’t worth it.
