Ideally located within easy walking distance to the Alpine Hotel, main street, cafés, eateries and supermarket, the home also offers unbeatable access for cyclists. Ride up the street to the O’Shannassy Aqueduct Trail, down the street to the Rail Trail, or venture to the world class Warburton Bike Park. If you are a golf enthusiast you can walk to play the most scenic golf course in Victoria at the Warburton Golf and Sporting Club and the iconic river is just a short downhill stroll, making it easy to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
The home has been created for comfort both inside and out, with everything you need for a great stay including a 65 inch Smart TV. The rear north facing covered alfresco area offers relaxing lounge seating and lovely views toward Mt Donna Buang, perfect for year-round outdoor living. A large enclosed backyard provides plenty of space for families or groups to unwind.
