The cabin is on the side of the mountain with great views. Wild life is abound so make sure you lock your cars. Cabin is furnished with quality bedding, beds, and furniture. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking all types of meals.

We just spent five days in the Smoky Mountains, in this beautiful home/cabin! The unobstructed views were INCREDIBLE!!!!!! The cabin was clean, the game room was a blast, the beds were comfy and Sean was a great host! We had a little minor trouble with our door lock and he had somebody out there immediately to have it fixed. Can’t wait to stay there again!

My family and I really enjoyed the cabin; it has beautiful views from high up on the mountain.Everything was great—clean and very spacious.We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi, but my only recommendation is to install a fence or barrier around the fire pit area; we couldn't light it because bears visited us every day.Another recommendation is to wash the blankets in the kids' room, as they smelled very dirty.Fortunately, we had brought our own blankets.

Thank you also for mentioning the blankets. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and our cleaning team routinely launders the blankets and bedding. We’ll certainly take a closer look at the blankets in the kids’ room to make sure they’re in excellent condition. As for the bears, seeing wildlife is one of the unique experiences of visiting the Smoky Mountains, and many of our guests really enjoy spotting them! Bears are naturally curious but generally avoid direct interaction with people when given their space. We’ve welcomed guests throughout the year for many years, and fortunately, concerns about using the fire pit due to bear activity have been very uncommon. We always encourage guests to enjoy wildlife from a safe distance and never approach or feed the bears. While fencing wouldn’t necessarily prevent wildlife from visiting, we certainly appreciate your suggestion and understand your caution. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for choosing our cabin for your family vacation. We’d love to welcome you back in the future!

By far one of the best properties we have stayed at in the Smoky Mountains. Beautiful views from each level. Clean and very spacious for our group of 12. The game room kept the kids occupied while the adults were on the other floors after a day of Dollywood or hiking. Sean was a great host. Very responsive to any questions. Would highly staying here when you are heading to the Smokys.

This was perfect for my family to stay at. Everything was clean and the views were amazing! Communication with the host was excellent with quick responses. The host also provided local activities and eating recommendations. We all enjoyed our Gatlingburg family vacation.

Amazing view. Literally the best view you could have of the mountains. The pictures don't do it justice. My family and I had a fantastic time. The game room and hot tub were fantastic. The communication was quick and super helpful. Overall a 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

Yes the host Sean was very responsive and helpful with everything and had excellent communication. The mountain cabin was a very nice home and property. All the amenities were nice and really helped make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The view is more stunning than the photos convey!! Our host, Sean, gave us plenty of info ahead of time, and we were well prepared for our trip. He was also available throughout our stay to answer any questions and was very responsive. We had ages ranging 1-75 in our group, and the house was perfect!! Plenty of games and things to do around the house while waiting out some of the Smoky Mountain rain!! We LOVED the recent upgrade to a Blackstone grill too!! It was pretty hot out, so we did not get to use the hot tub, but I was VERY impressed to learn that they drain and refill between each guest!! It smelled and looked very clean. We hope to either come back to this house or possibly another one of Sean’s houses next year!! Highly recommend Sean and Pine Top Vista!! Thank you for hosting my family!!

Stayed here with family around thanksgiving holiday. Perfect size and location for our group and the view is amazing. Sunsets are spectacular.
