We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable. Host checked in with a message to make sure everything was good. Great price for exactly what we wanted. We have 3 boys and a girl so the 3 beds in one room and 1 in the other room was perfect. Proximity to the Falls was great. 6 minute drive or 30 minute walk. We walked to save on parking fees. Would recommend for sure.

This house is just a short 7-10 minute car ride to the heart of Niagara Falls. It is also situated just a short block from cute shops, bars, and activities (like a cat cage and escape rooms) which we walked to on a lazy day. One evening we came back to a vintage car show on the main street. It was a pleasant surprise and made our night.The house itself was clean and as described. It appears to have been completely remodeled on the inside. There was a surprise washer and dryer as well. We had trouble with the wifi and while it never was fully resolved, our host, Alan, went above and beyond attempting to fix the issue. He even brought in a secondary TV to see if that was the problem. The kitchen is on the smaller side and had most needs covered. Bring a good knife and a pizza cutter if frozen pizzas is part of your plan. There is a tea pot but no coffee pot. Alan provided instant coffee if you like that. There is a Walmart just under 15 minutes away for all those extra needs. The dishwasher was out of order for our stay, but we did minimal dishes because we were out for most of our dinner meals. On the first floor is 1 bathroom with a small shower...best for petite women and children. Up a steep flight of stairs you'll find the 2nd bathroom with a bigger shower. We utilized all 5 beds and slept comfortably. Overall, it was a nice stay. Alan has some kinks to work out in this new VRBO, but he is eager to help and make sure your stay is a happy one.

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—so convenient to get around and explore the area. Alan our host was fantastic: incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth trip. We would highly recommend this Vrbo and would absolutely stay here again!"
