As a mom of one, I know how important cleanliness, safety, and comfort are when you’re away from home. Whether you are here for a shopping spree at Ayala or SM, a quick grocery run to Landers, or you're a digital nomad looking for a reliable place to code and work, we’ve designed this 'haven' specifically for you.

Most units in Cebu are either too loud (on the main road) or too far away. Lot 8 is unique because:

Tranquil Location: We are tucked away in a serene residential pocket, so you can actually sleep peacefully, yet you are literally a 5-minute walk from the massive Landers Superstore and a quick hop to Ayala and SM City.
