Excellent Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely staystay again!

Great place to stay.

This is our second year here at Royal Oceancrest. Staff are very friendly and helpful, same with security.. Internet/wifi connecrion in the room is very good. Only negative i would have with this room is not enough kitchen ware for preparing dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice unit and fairly well equipped. No laundry or microwave/toaster oven. Owner is great at communicating and accommodating requests. Development is nice but not near restaurants, bars, etc so need to take a ride to malls, etc. They're working on a 4th building now so some construction going on. Overall good value. Pool, gym and grounds are nice.

Nice development with ongoing construction on 4th building. Has nice pool, gym & rooftop lookout over Cebu. Unit was comfortable and nice but lacked microwave/toaster oven, safe, paper towels and laundry machine. Laundromat is in walking distance on main road. Good security guards & groundskeepers. Owner is great at communication and accommodating requests. Overall good value but not very close to nice restaurants, bars, big stores so need to ride/drive a few minutes for those.

Spacious, clean, well equipped for cooking ( simple meals ) no microwave. Free Netflix, No balcony. A/C is good, nice TV, nice fridge, good water pressure, full mirror, fan, hair dryer, nice closet. nice warm pool, small gym is ok. 1/2 court basketball, 7/11 very close, Robinsons about 1/4 miles. Condo rooftop need chairs or benches, otherwise very nice. Never met the host but seemed very helpful. The building is still under construction. When they were drilling into concrete in the stairwell the whole building seems to reverberate. It was pretty annoying at times LOL I stayed for 30 days. I would definitely stay here again, it's a great place !

Simplicity for the price you pay you get no hassle check in and the most absolutely amazing service of all no check out time on ur day of departure you check out when your flight is ready or your car is ready I’m here to change the narrative that hosting needs to be rushed from the beginning and fussy in the end my goal a new type hosting where it individual catered to each arrival and their need and not just one for all system feel free to reach out discuss pricing or even just having a stay fixed to your needs as much as possible.
