Nice development with ongoing construction on 4th building. Has nice pool, gym & rooftop lookout over Cebu. Unit was comfortable and nice but lacked microwave/toaster oven, safe, paper towels and laundry machine. Laundromat is in walking distance on main road. Good security guards & groundskeepers. Owner is great at communication and accommodating requests. Overall good value but not very close to nice restaurants, bars, big stores so need to ride/drive a few minutes for those.

Nice unit and fairly well equipped. No laundry or microwave/toaster oven. Owner is great at communicating and accommodating requests. Development is nice but not near restaurants, bars, etc so need to take a ride to malls, etc. They're working on a 4th building now so some construction going on. Overall good value. Pool, gym and grounds are nice.

Nice place to stay

It was a nice little place to stay.It was a nice little place to stay great value for the money. Close to the grand mall and many little shops.

Great place to stay.

This is our second year here at Royal Oceancrest. Staff are very friendly and helpful, same with security.. Internet/wifi connecrion in the room is very good. Only negative i would have with this room is not enough kitchen ware for preparing dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely staystay again!
