This newly-constructed, architect-designed two-bedroom home with two-bedroom cottage is the ideal spot for your Truro get-away. THE HOUSE

Enter an open main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. This spacious room has a vaulted ceilings clerestory windows and multiple sliders. The kitchen has a large center island with counter seating, high-end stainless appliances including a refrigerator, solid surface range, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffeemaker and Keurig. Foodies will love the layout and plentiful workspace.

The large dining table is just off the kitchen--room for the whole gang to gather for meals, jigsaw puzzles or game night.

The living room has a comfortable sectional and chairs, a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and a large flat screen TV with YouTube TV cable channels (stream additional content with your own accounts).

Just off the kitchen is a small hall to the pantry with washer/dryer and half bathroom. Steps lead to the unfinished basement with ping pong table.

A hall from the dining area leads to the bedroom wing. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, workspace and slider to the back deck with outdoor seating. The ensuite bathroom has two sinks, skylights, and a custom tiled shower. A door from the shower leads to the first of two enclosed outdoor showers--this one with two showerheads.

THE COTTAGE

The cottage has a living room with large couch, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with YouTube TV cable channels (stream additional content with your own accounts) and a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. Perfect for early risers who don't want to disturb the folks in the main house.

There are two bedrooms in the cottage--both have queen beds, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and workspace.

The cottage has a bathroom with a custom tile shower and skylights. A door from the shower leads to the second of two enclosed outdoor shower.

Decking connects the main house to the cottage. There is a picnic table for outdoor dining and a gas grill. The shed at the front of the property may be used to store bicycles.

This beautiful, brand new property is in the lovely Pond Village area of Truro on the town's bayside. Only 0.3 mi to Cold Storage Beach for swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing and magnificent sunsets.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
