The oversized, outdoor deck is a centerpiece of this four bedroom, two and a half bath home on Cedar Creek Lake. You will gravitate to the spacious deck with multiple seating areas. There is a covered section with a fun hot tub, a television to watch the game, along with a portable fire pit! The pergola area of the deck is the perfect place for outdoor dining. With a gas grill on the deck for your use, you can prepare and eat your meals outside! And the rest of the expansive deck has beautiful views of the lake and the private dock with sun deck. For added convenience, the half bath has access from both inside the home and the deck.

The home itself features a formal living room with plenty of space to relax after a day on the lake. The den has a gas fireplace available for your use to make the home more cozy in the evening. And with a large flat screen television with Direct TV and Blue Ray (with a DVD library), you will enjoy your evenings almost as much as the day on the lake!

With WiFi and a dedicated desk area, you can continue to work and study while on vacation. The open concept kitchen is the heart of the home and a natural gathering place for you and your guests as you prepare meals. And with both indoor and outdoor dining, the entertainment options are endless!

Was a perfect weekend getaway!!!

The property, location and neighborhood overall was perfect for my family to just spend a nice weekend out on the lake! Would recommend for anyone looking for a comfy get away or retreat from the normal busy life.

Property was beautiful and comfortable. Nice kitchen/den for cooking.

We had a wonderful family get away. Large deck and outdoor eating area, and the view from top of boat dock was gorgeous. We fished (caught a few), kayaked and just chilled. It was great!

Perfect Lake Vacation

This is an AWESOME property and extremely homey and inviting. The lake is perfect with a sandy bottom and fun swimming area. Back Deck is beautiful with gas fire pit, and there's a constant cooling breeze coming across the lake. Perfect for me and my family and 2 year old grandson.

Cozy, Roomy, and Perfect!

Very cozy...kept the family warm in the cool evening and enjoyed the heaters on the back porch. Roomy...plenty of room for the 9 of us. Perfect...Grandma's 70th was a hit.

Get Away

Short stay (5 days) for family celebration. Nice location, plenty of beds and baths. Dishwasher probably needs updating. Lamp in master was not working. Over all enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house.

This is a very beautiful house, everything was picture perfect. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the master bedroom has no closet and the bed is very small(a full maybe). The owners are very good to work with, and very responsive .

Family Eclipse Experience

The property was beautiful, even better than the photos as some of the furniture has been updated. Everything you could possibly need for your stay can be found here. The beds were comfy, the common areas large and comfortable, and the outside deck over the water was the absolute perfect place to enjoy 4 minutes and 2 seconds of totality during the April 2024 total solar eclipse. The hosts were wonderful, and the experience could not have been better.

Nice stay and nice neighborhood

We really enjoy our stay at this property. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. There were a couple of things that would have made the stay better. The outdoor lighting needs to be better and no lights were on when we arrived and it was dark and raining when we got to the property. Also the hot tub was not hot when we got there and took an entire day to get hot.

One of the Best at Cedar Creek

We rent frequently at Cedar Creek, and this is one of the best rentals around. Nice, quiet neighborhood and a whole lot of space in and outside the house! Beautiful view of the main lake. Definitely the big back deck with the fire table and hot tub was our favorite place during our January stay. There's a charcoal grill, gas grill and a smoker--wow! Great TVs with Direct TV. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. My only suggestion is to provide some instruction on the thermostats (old ones are still on the wall) and perhaps a more prominent check out list in the "house book" provided. Also, a few more wine glasses (I know people break them). Wonderful stay--we'll be back!

Weekend getaway

The house and the communication between the property was great. Unfortunately some things happened that put a damper on the stay. The neighborhood have a private beach area next door and let their dog come onto the back property to use the bathroom. We also had neighbors from a couple houses down come sit on the sidewalk which we found odd if they stay 2 houses down why not sit outside your property. The house for was for sale and had a showing while we were there. I will say that issue was addressed and handled by the property quickly and was pleased with that.

Great spot!

Great space, very response Maintenance/Property Management team. As someone searching for lake property to rent often, I'd recommend this with smaller kids because you can't jump off the docks so it's very safe. Also, fun to fish off the dock and to rent the lily pad was great as well for the kids. A wonderful time was had by all. I would update the listing to show the bed sizes (think it's a full and not a queen in at least one room maybe both) but plenty of room, just need a bit more description in some of the space if you can for renters to see (example, share master bathroom shower with bunk room) - those two rooms are on one side of the house and the other two share a single sink bathroom. The deck and view are so peaceful, great spot on the lake!! Thank you again.

Great Property on the Lake

Great quick get away

Proximity to LoneStar marina was great for us as we keep our boat there. Water was low in the area but that is lake wide.

Amazing!

This is such a great property, words cannot express how much of a great time we had. All the lil details were covered too. The only critique I have which prop mgmt has no control over is the dang mosquitos were everywhere but that’s not their fault!!! Rent this property today and be amazed like we were.
