Relax and enjoy a peaceful, serene stay at the beautiful Serenata Sarasota in our spacious 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo decorated in coastal style. Gated community that boasts a beautiful resort style pool and sun deck, professionally manicured grounds, 24 hour fitness room, tennis courts, walking path around the lake, and an exquisite clubhouse with library, pool table, and lounge area. Settle in for the evening on the lanai overlooking the beautiful water and pool, with fountains that light up at night. Our condo comes fully furnished with amenities such as a king bed, television, and large walk in closet in the master bedroom The second bedroom has a queen bed, separate bathroom access and beautiful beach decor, and there is a queen air mattress available if needed. Additional amenities include patio furniture to dine or relax with on the lanai, games/puzzles, and beach necessities - chairs, blankets, towels and coolers.

Conveniently located minutes away from the SRQ airport, and the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast of Florida: Siesta Key, Lido Key, Turtle Beach, Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island. There are plenty of dining and shopping opportunities at the nearby, amazing UTC Mall, and close to grocery shops such as Publix (across the street) and the local favorite - Detweiller's Market. Nearby entertainment includes top golf courses, boating, museums, art galleries, theaters, Selby Botanical Gardens, and Sarasota Jungle Gardens.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We really loved the condo and Teresa is amazing!Most of the time we had the Pool for ourselves and the gym was a very nice Bonus.The condo is very nicely decorated and made you feel at Home - there was nothing we missed. We would love to stay there again!

Cute condo near everything

Really enjoyed this stay. Condo is in great location with short drive to beaches, shops and downtown. Filled with amenities and sunshine. Bed sheets are a bit old but otherwise great experience. Would book again.

Great Stay!

Really enjoyed our time here. Condo was clean and well appointed. Pool was great and not crowded. Not too far from the beach so was able to enjoy beach time several days. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience

We loved the condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The only complaint was that the mattress covers made for hot sleeping. Overall, we would definitely book this condo again!

This condo has everything you could wish for… and more. A peaceful neighbourhood with great facilities. Good shops and restaurants nearby. 20 minutes to the most amazing beaches. Highly recommend.

SISTER VACATION

The condo was wonderful, and the layout was perfect for us. The place had plenty of extras for us to use. The pool and gym were great and even the walk around the lake to the pool was quick. Just might want to let it be known that the condo is on the second floor. Theresa was a great hostess and answer all my (pain in the butt) questions and concerns in a timely manner. Will definitely consider using it again in the future.

Amazing!

This unit is amazing! Nice view of the pool. It was clean, nicely decorated and the bed in the master was a dream. The owner was available to answer any questions. Location is great - close to all the shopping on University. Starbucks, Panera, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits and Publix walking distance. Walmart and Detwiler's close by. UTC a short drive away where you'll find every store. Beaches are 15 - 20 minutes away. Would stay here again and again! Thank you Teresa for a great vacation and for all your assistance.

Great vacation condo

This condo is at a great location, close to supermarkets, restaurants and of course many beaches. Our family had a great time and enjoyed staying at this gated community. We will surely stay here again

Looking for?

We had a fantastic time in the condo, we used it as a base to check out areas from St Pete to Fr Myers. I highly suggest renting the condo as we could not have asked for anything else. Close to stores, the Ringling museum ( do it, it’s so cool) and we are non- artsie people. Rent with confidence.

Fabulous SRQ Stay

This condo is lovely, clean and comfortable. We have been coming to Sarasota for over 30 years….Historically, staying on Siesta Key. Our mom is now in a Memory Care Residence near UTC. This location was close by and made it easy to visit her daily. The condo pool area is a delight! The only drawback, is that this is a second floor walk-up…Carrying luggage and groceries was a little difficult……But, we would still go back!!!!

Beautiful!!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was decorated so nice, loved all of the beach decorations!! Very clean!! Anything you would need was there for us. The pool was very nice. Great location, many stores and restaurants near by. The hosts were very easy to get a hold of, questions were answered right away. Would definitely recommend and would stay her again when visiting Sarasota.

Did not want to leave!!

We were very happy with our rental. Exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable for our family of five. Beautifully decorated. Great location. Owners were very accommodating and provided all amenities needed. Hope to return soon.

I thought that the place was very nicely decorated . I felt like at home . The only thing I did not see listed in the check in process was how to turn on water , heater for water , and also that the thermostat had a humidity control. The first night I sweated in the bedroom from how warm it felt . After knowing about the humidity control . The condo felt cooler , but for some odd reason the rooms still didn’t feel as cold as the living room . It’s almost like theirs no air circulation.
