Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly upgraded. Three nights minimum stay during peak season July and August. Close to the heart of Main Street with many bars, coffee shops, restaurants and transit.

Taking in **NON SMOKERS ONLY** as due to medical reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

The space
Fully private basement suite. No stove as Airbnb in Vancouver does not allow it but will have a cooktop and toaster oven. Suitable for a couple as only one bedroom. Sofa bed can be pulled out for another sleeping area.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

1. Strip duvet and bed linens and leave on bed. 2. Run the dishwasher. If only a few dishes, please leave in sink and we will wash it ourselves. 3. Place dirty dish clothes and towels in bathtub.

4. Place recycling and pop cans in bin outside.

5. Please leave a review if you enjoyed your stay.

I had a great stay here. The location is excellent and the host was responsive and thoughtful. The unit is very well appointed with comfortable furniture, nice linens, and a nice little patio. Would definitely stay here again.
