Pure Panorama vacation apartment - Cozy, quiet location with loggia and panoramic view

In a quiet location, this bright non-smoking apartment in the attic on 63 sqm. Furnished in a cozy country house style and with views over Lindau, the mountains and some even lake views. It can accommodate 2 people. Rest and relaxation is so easy.

You can expect a loggia, a spacious living room with sofa bed, cable TV, stereo with adjoining dining area. A well equipped kitchen u. a. with dishwasher, a daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub, all with underfloor heating.

Pets are not allowed. In addition, lockable bicycle storage is available. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. With a fantastic view of Lake Constance and the surrounding mountains, you can spend relaxing days here. Also, the nearby hiking trail invite you to wonderful walks in nature.
In about 20 minutes walk to the Lindau island, or you can use the about 150 meters away city bus connection (every 30 minutes) to the historic old town and other parts of the city. Walks to nearby trails with a slight slope are possible directly from the house. Within 1 km you will find all the shops of the daily. Life.

Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos, also kein Problem.. Ankunft in Ferienwohnung mit Ausblick aus Loggia auf die Alpen war wenn Wetter zugelassen hat Traumhaft überwältigend. Kleines Manko für Ebiker die ihre Räder unterstellen wollen, müssen über eine Treppenanlage zum Schuppen schonmal anstrengen.. Im gesamten trotz alldem waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Ihrer Ferienwohnung gehabt! Eine sehr ruhige behagliche Wohnung und ein großartiger Ausblick auf den See, den Ort die Umgebung und die Berge! Lindau und der Hafen sind auch durch einen idyllischen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Ich hatte mir von Zuhause noch eine Wolldecke mitgebracht und war auch froh darüber. 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick und fast kompletter Ausstattung!

Diese Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den See und eine Loggia mit Sonnengarantie. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, aber bei Anmietung muss man wissen, dass der Ausblick natürlich automatisch mit einer Ortsrandlage und entsprechendem Anstieg verbunden ist. Ganz gleich, ob per Fahrrad oder per Pedes, es ist schon gerade für Ältere eine gewisse Herausforderung. Der Fahrradschoppen ist zwar vorhanden, aber de facto kaum nutzbar. Wen diese Umstände und die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Sitzgarnitur nicht stören, der wird sicher dort eine schöne Zeit verbringen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Einer der ganz wenigen Fälle, bei denen einfach alles stimmt. Das fängt bei der Buchung an und der unkomplizierten Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einer ruhigen Lage mit fantastischem Blick über den Bodensee in die Berge. Die Terrasse ist geräumig. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet und natürlich sauber. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck usw. sind reichlich vorhanden. Es gibt auch reichlich Platz für alles, was man mitgebracht hat. Wir können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Super Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den schönen Ausblick muss man natürlich etwas bergauf. Die Fahrräder müssen auch einige Treppenstufen zum abschließenbaren Schuppen hochgetragen werden. Mit unseren leichten Rädern kein Problem. Ein Gefrierfach wäre schön gewesen, um Kühlakkus mitnehmen zu können. Ansonsten ist alles da, sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Aussicht war wirklich wunderschön. Da kann man schon mal einen oder auch mehrere Abende einfach auf dem Balkon verbringen. Allerdings waren wir froh, keine E-bikes zu haben, bis zum abschließenbaren Abstellraum mussten wir die Räder ca. 20 Stufen hoch tragen. Ein Gefrierschrank /-fach wäre schön gewesen, auch für unsere Kühlakkus für die Heimreise. Im großen und ganzen waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Super!

Een super vakantiewoning, schoon, netjes met alles erop en eraan! Nog groter dan gedacht.. en een mooi ruim balkon, met super uitzicht op de Bodensee! Het app. ligt in een buitenwijk van Lindau, maar door de gratis bus, met bushalte vlak bij de woning in 15 minuten midden in Lindau!
