Eva Vacation Apartment-Cozy and Centrally Located on the Island of Lindau

Our vacation apartment ‘Eva’ is located on this historic island in a charming neighborhood with numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. Lindau’s famous landmarks (the Lindau Lion and the lighthouse) as well as the picturesque harbor are just a short walk away. The romantic old town, with its narrow streets and sights, invites you to take a leisurely stroll.

The comfortably furnished apartment is approximately 35 square meters in size and features a double bed. Your accommodation is suitable for two people and can be booked in combination with the ‘Adam’ vacation apartment on the first floor. The apartment includes a restroom. The newly renovated shower for private use is located in the hallway on the ground floor. For a pleasant start to the day, the apartment is equipped with a drip coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and microwave for a light breakfast or snack. Your accommodation is located on the ground floor and features two charming outdoor seating areas for balmy summer evenings.
Bicycles can be parked securely in the building’s entrance area (next to the stairs to the upper floor).

Thanks to the apartment’s prime location near the pedestrian zone and the seaport, you can reach bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants in just a few minutes.

In winter, the romantic Lindau Harbor Christmas Market entices visitors with atmospheric lighting, regional specialties, and cozy market stalls right on the shores of Lake Constance. You’ll also benefit from convenient access to the ski resorts in Vorarlberg and the Allgäu—thanks to direct train connections, you’ll be on the slopes in no time, enjoying the perfect blend of Lake Constance and Alpine charm without the hassle of travel.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter pack with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed.

Important Information:
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at this property. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe provided, there’s no need to worry about late arrivals. The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can conveniently drive right up to the front door to load and unload your luggage.
