As you pull down the long private driveway, you’ll immediately appreciate the peaceful setting of this lovely home surrounded by conservation land. Step inside and you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living space filled with incredible natural light. The abundance of windows throughout this home truly brings the outdoors in and creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen and living room flow perfectly together, creating an ideal gathering space. The light and bright kitchen features a gas stove and everything you’ll need for preparing meals during your stay. Just beyond, the spacious living room offers a large sectional sofa positioned perfectly to take in the tranquil wooded views through oversized windows. Relax and stream your favorite shows on the large TV after a day exploring Cape Cod.

The primary suite occupies its own private wing on the first floor, creating a peaceful retreat. Along the way you’ll find a convenient half bath and laundry room. Enter the primary bedroom and you’ll immediately notice the calm and relaxing feel with its soft colors and large sliding doors leading directly out to the deck. The spacious en-suite bathroom features double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed.

Heading back through the main living area, you’ll discover another charming half bath—fondly referred to as the “retro bath”—preserving a bit of the home’s original character.

On the opposite side of the home is an additional living and dining space that guests will love. This large room features beautiful artwork, another TV, a large dining table perfect for family meals, and plenty of games, puzzles, and books. Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
