This fully self-contained lower-level suite offers a comfortable and convenient stay for up to 5 guests, whether you’re visiting Vancouver for work, a getaway, or a major event like the 2026 FIFA World Cup. With excellent transit access nearby, you’ll have easy connections to downtown stadium venues, fan zones, and key city attractions.
The suite has its own private entrance and includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and a comfortable living space designed for both short stays and longer visits.
This suite is located on the lower level of a family home. We live upstairs and value a respectful relationship with our neighbours. As in any shared home, some everyday household noise can be expected from both us and our guests. We do kindly ask you to be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, and to treat both the suite and surrounding residential area with care.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared, dog-friendly backyard space, and well-behaved pets are welcome.
The neighbourhood offers a great balance of calm residential streets with easy access to cafés, parks, transit, and local shops—making it an ideal base for exploring Vancouver.
We look forward to hosting guests who will enjoy the space and treat it with care as their home away from home.
