*Note 1 flight of steps to first level/kitchen/living room 2 private balconies.
2nd flight of steps leads to 2 masters with en suites-EACH HAVING PRIVATE BALCONIES WITH INCREDIBLE VIEWS!!

2 MASTERS with en -suites!
Each having balconies to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from both master bedrooms!🌞🌊🌅

*Available.June 1, 2024. ( 3month minimum) would prefer a longer rental if needed?

*Beautiful quiet serene area -non crowded beaches just steps away and even a private deeded pier‼️

*1st Master en suite features a king bed and 2 bunk beds if needed, with its own private balcony facing NASA rocket launch’s, sunrises and sunsets.🌅

*2nd larger master features a king bed and a trundle bed which can become a king bed -also with its own private balcony and views.

*Plenty of space to spread out for a family of 4-8, or 2 couples, kids, parents, grandparents etc.

*Private attached garage -Full of all the beach gear you need and bikes‼️🏝🚴‍♀️

*Many amenities (fishing, biking, golf, etc) close by in Melbourne Beach Florida. Wonderful five star restaurants and shopping close by. The famous Sebastian fishing inlet is about eight minutes south of the townhome. Also a bike trail within the private park.
