Luxurious villa for up to 8 persons with large pool, 185m to beach, with Wi-Fi and aircon and a safe. Villa Marko is a beautiful Holiday Villa situated in the exclusive residential district Fuente del Gallo. It has recently been renovated in modern style - and is very well equipped. A special highlight is the pool of 11 m and the large Porch with barbecue area and Chill-out furniture.
The villa offers much space with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms for up to 8 persons.
The beautiful sandy beach of Fuente Del Gallo is only about 150 meters from the house away.





The details of the house are:

2 bedrooms with large double beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (can be put together) 3 Airconditioning units (one in the living room, in the main bedroom and in the small passage between the 3 bedrooms. There are adittionally ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Modern kitchen equipped with large fridge/freezer, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, Nespresso-coffeemaker, microwave oven etc, and all other necessary kitchen utensils
Two living rooms: both with flat screen tv's, DVD player, I-Pod Station, Sofas and chairs
Two large dining tables for 8 people (one near the kitchen and one in the porch)
Two modern bathrooms with rainshowers
Roof terrace with nice porch, some seaviews
There is protected parking on the plot for 2-3 cars
The house is completely enclosed and offers peace and privacy. There are outdoor security cameras.

Holiday at Villa Marko

My wife and I, our two adult children and my elderly mother had a fantastic week at Villa Marko. The villa is extremely comfortable, very well laid out and furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The pool and outdoor areas are fantastic. And the location in Fuente del Gallo is brilliant — very close to a lovely beach and nice and quiet while being close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. Our favourite holiday rental in years, we hope to return soon.

A fantastic villa in a great location

This is a fantastic villa - highly recommended. Inside it was very clean, light & comfortable. Really well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is excellent too with plenty of seating options alongside a good sized pool. Terrific location, in a quiet street close to the beach with a couple of excellent beach bars and a surprisingly well stocked local shop. The very pleasant town of Conil is nearby (5 min drive or 25 min walk along the cliff tops or beach) with its multitude of bars, restaurants and other amenities. We really could not have been happier with the Villa. It made for a perfect week.

We had a really great stay at the Villa Marko.The villa is well set up for our family with older children and a small toddler (cot and high chair were supplied). The one floor layout with an additional small sitting room made it easy for all the kids to have their own space. One of the bedrooms and the smaller sitting room did not have aircon or an overhead fan, but for our week with temperature around 25-28 C it was not a problem with their doors ajar.Outdoor space was also great. The pool was well sized, with a shallow area that really suited our toddler. The upstairs terrace had a nice view of the sunset, and the gas BBQ was easy to use. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the sunbeds, a couple were a bit old and uncomfortable.Location was perfect. Very short walk to a great beach with a convenient beach bar, that was again perfect for both small toddlers and older kids. Plenty of sand for playing for the younger ones, and body boarding and swimming in the sea for the older ones. Also short drive to the lovely towns of Cadiz, Conil, Vejer and a longer but worthwhile drive to Seville. There is a small local shop but we found the selection limited, and drove to the nearest supermarket 10m drive away for supplies.100% happy to recommend!

Villa conil

Hi It is a nice villa. We were unlucky that the previous guests had been there 1 month so they were rushing to clean it as probably needed more than usual, so all the floors were wet on arrival. Negatives: 1Air con is in 1 room out of 4. This could be clearer in the description. There is another air con unit outside 3 bedrooms, and then one in lounge. Pool lights didn’t work whole week we were there. BBQ has instructions how to light without the self ignition but if you have started cooking and turn the gas off, but then need cook something more, the grills are hot and difficult to then reignite. They should fix this. Positives It’s well located, beach end of the road, decent sized rooms and very nice kitchen and lounge. Nice seating areas for food inside and out.

Die Villa Marko ist ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferien-Domizil. Sie liegt in einem besonders schönen Villenviertel in Fuente del Gallo, fußläufig zum Meer. Das Haus ist stilvoll, hell und freundlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, u.a. mit offener, großzügiger und komplett ausgestatteter Küche. Hervorzuheben sind auch die 2 großen, modernen Bäder. Der schöne, sehr saubere (perfekt gewartete) Pool, sowie der gesamte, gut möblierte Terrassenbereich, komplettieren das optimale Gesamturteil, das wir der Villa Marko geben. Last – but not least sei die großzügige Dachterrasse erwähnt – mit Meer-und Sonnenuntergangsblick. Die Kommunikation mit dem Casa-Conil-Team funktionierte stets reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

VACACIONES SEPTIEMBRE

El alojamiento es sensacional en muchas cosas. Es amplio, está cerca de la playa y a la vez es tranquilo, es muy luminoso y estaba muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario, incluidas cosas no esperadas (especias, por ejemplo) . La presión de las duchas es estupenda, la cocina es muy cómoda para cocinar, los colchones son estupendos, la villa es super privada...Pero he detectado también cosas que no son correctas y debo mencionar, por orden de importancia: 1- El azulejo que rodea la piscina es muy ( MUY ) peligroso ( resbala muchísimo )en cuanto le cae algo de agua o cuando se camina con los pies descalzos y húmedos (lo cual, en una zona de piscina, es lo normal ). Nuestra hija se resbaló en la entrada , se dio con toda la espalda ( se hizo un rozón que le iba de extremo a extremo con el borde del azulejo ) y se dio después con la nuca. Todo quedó en un sustazo, pero creo de verdad que los dueños deberían de tomar nota, y además no podrán decir que no lo sabían porque en un comentario anterior he visto que otro huésped se lo dijo, y ha quedado sin solución. - En la semana entera que estuvimos, no funcionaron las luces nocturnas ni de la piscina ni de la zona exterior. Lo hicimos saber el primer día a Ángela, pero nos dijo que era cosa del de mantenimiento y la programación. Realmente de quien sea labor al huésped le da igual, quiere que funcione. Pues ni un solo día lucieron. - Exactamente igual con los 2 tragaderos del filtro de la piscina, ambos rotos. Lo dijimos el primer día, y los volvieron a colocar estando rota la pieza ( lo cual carece de sentido porque el propio agua los "escupía" de su sitio ) en vez de comprar 2 piezas nuevas, que valdrán duro y medio (son dos plásticos). Dicho todo esto, la villa es genial y nosotros volveríamos si algún día cuadra regresar a Conil. La agencia es seria en la contratación, se portaron bien en general ( no tuvieron problema en dejarnos entrar antes de la hora, aunque no pudo ser por cuadre nuestro de horarios ) y la fianza la tenía en cuenta en apenas dos días.

Schöne Villa am Meer

Wir haben drei Wochen von Mitte Juni bis Anfang Juli unseren Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen Villa verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und in der Küche ist alles ausrechend vorhanden. Der Pool sehr sauber und wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Der kleine Garten gepflegt und die überdachte Terrasse ein beliebter Aufenthaltort. Zu unserer Urlaubszeit war es in der Umgebung sehr ruhig. Das Wetter war nicht ganz so beständig wie im August. Die Strände sind inzwischen auch in dieser Zeit sehr gut besucht und es ist schwierig, überhaupt einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Daher haben wir die meiste Zeit unseren Strand in Fuente besucht, den wir fußläufig erreichen konnten. Andalusien ist noch immer eine Reise wert und es gibt viel zu entdecken..

Wir haben 10 Tage üb...

Wir haben 10 Tage über Ostern 2024 in der Villa Marko verbracht. Das Wetter war wechselhaft, das Haus hat es uns leicht gemacht, die ersten Tage bei Regen und Kälte äußerst angenehm zu verbringen. Das Haus entspricht in allem den Bildern und Beschreibungen, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Während des Aufenthalts fiel uns auf, dass einiges fehlte (z.B. Teekanne oder ausreichend Geschirrtücher) oder nicht einem 5*- Standard entsprachen (z.B. Messer oder blinde Gläser). Daher hier ein kleiner Abzug. Dennoch empfehlen wir die Villa Marko gern weiter und würden sie erneut für uns buchen.

Septembersommer in Conil

Die Villa Marco ist ein fantastisches Haus und in real noch viel besser als auf den Fotos! Tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber Und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz. Man ist in kürzester Zeit am Strand und erreicht zu Fuß einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant. Ins Stadtzentrum nach Conil benötigt man mit de Auto 10 Minuten, zu Fuß sind es ca. 45 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus und alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Man merkt an vielen Kleinigkeiten, dass die Besitzer alles perfekt durchdacht haben. Die angegebene Einrichtung ist qualitativ hochwertig und es gibt ausreichend von allem. Alle waren begeistert. Nur die Ameisen waren sehr nervig.... Aber ich weiß aus eigener Erfahrung, dass es sehr schwer ist in den Griff zu bekommen.

La casa está muy bien cuidada, enseguida te sientes como en casa. Pese a ser un grupo grande (8) había menaje para todos. La cocina muy bien equipada. Ha sido fácil llegar con las indicaciones q nos han facilitado.

Tolle gehobene Unterkunft

Schöne Unterkunft mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, gehobene Ausstattung und eigener Pool, Grill, etc. In der Küche sehr umfangreiche Ausrüstung vorhanden, alles tiptop gepflegt.

Excellent holiday stay.

We have enjoyed the stay in Villa Marko very much. Everything was fine, including villa, neighbourhood, beach, weather and a very beautiful village Conil with plenty of restaurants. The ovner was very friendly and helpfull. We highly recommend this place. We are going to come back.

La casa está recién reformada y muy bien ubicada. La única pega, es que el suelo de la piscina es un peligro. Resbala mucho y necesitaría uno anti deslizante. El resto genial.
