Perfect location, close to the beach in a quiet area, very nice house in an amazing garden, comfortable beds, great pool... Andrew and Myriam, the contact persons there, were always available for anything we needed. We will definitely repeat if we have the chance.

This is one of the cleanest most well-stocked villas we have stayed in and we usually have 2 trips to Villas a year. The photos dont honestly do the place justice. The pool has steps in which wasn’t clear on the photos we could only see the ladder, which helped with our grand children and there’s plenty of shade around the garden and BBQ seating area that is close to the pool, that also has an outdoor fridge as well as a toilet, sink and shower, again great for kids who are in and out of the pool. The beach is really close and safe. The location is quieter to what we usually go to but the links we received gave a great selection of bars shops and restaurants so we weren’t disappointed. The sunsets on the beach are spectacular. We were 6 adults and 1 child and a baby and we can’t recommend this villa enough.

We had a fabulous two week stay at Casa del Jardin and from the moment we arrived, it felt like a home from home.The property was spotless and everything you could need for a holiday was there. The outside space is amazing with plenty of options for sun or shade so we were able to enjoy spending of time relaxing in the garden and eating all our meals outside. As for the pool, well that was the star of the show! Perfect to get some lengths in and cool off! And all kept immaculate by the fab team who maintain the gardens and pool. The information booklet Andrew and Maria provide is excellent and has some great ideas and useful tips for places to visit, restaurants and general things to see and do. A great area and being within walking distance of the beach and a superb little beach bar is a definite bonus.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a haven in the sunshine!

Fantastic outside area, very spacious. House also great. V clean and well equipped. Very helpful getting the house and pool area ready for toddlers with a gate around the pool and all cots sorted. Thank you so much, it was a fantastic stay with great recommendations. Would visit again

Superb Holiday Location

We had a great week with our children and 4 grandchildren. The facilities that Cabo Roche offers is perfect for a family holiday. The pool and grounds are fantastic with lots of space to play and relax.. there are three outdoor eating areas and a fantastic BBQ with fridge and adjacent dishwasher. The pool toilet and shower was very convenient. The communication with Andrew was superb, the villa is fully equipped with all that you need even down the pool/ beach towels, one per person in our case 10. We all had a great time exploring the local beaches with trips to Cadiz, a must, and down to Tarifa, Concil de la Frontera old village is lovely but very busy. I would highly recommend this lovely villa.

Lovely property with huge garden

Casa del Jardin is a lovely property with an enormous garden. The BBQ area and outside facilities are particularly special. The villa is walking distance from some beautiful beaches. The estate it’s on has some impressive properties on and is nicely designed. As expected it’s quite quiet there in autumn but there was still plenty to do in walking and driving distance. Our only big disappointment was the lack of cot for our baby on arrival. We had asked twice for one in advance. We had an awful journey out as a freak storm affected our flight and journey from the airport. We arrived exhausted and much later than anticipated but we couldn’t put our baby to bed as they had forgotten to put the cot in and unfortunately as it was 10pm couldn’t come until the next day with it. Our baby cried the entire night and kept us all up as she just wouldn’t settle without being in a cot. The agency were apologetic but it would have been lovely to maybe have been given a bottle of cava or something to make up for us missing an entire night’s sleep and also for our baby not being able to sleep somewhere safe. We’d still recommend the villa to others as I understand sometimes mistakes are made and we did enjoy the rest of our stay once the storms had passed. Having nets on the windows (particularly the bathrooms) would be a great way to keep the mosquitos out

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir waren mit insgesamt 9 Personen und einem Hund im Casa del Jardin. Das Aussengelände ist sehr schön und der Garten ist riesig. Leider ist die Innenaufteilung der Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer nicht ganz optimal für 2 zusammen reisende Familien, da die Schlafzimmer in ihrer Größe doch recht klein und unterschiedlich ausfallen. Lediglich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit en-suite Bad ist ausreichend groß. Die Badezimmer fallen generell eher kleiner aus. Dennoch hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Casa del Jardin, da alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war.

Wundervoller Urlaubsort

Die Woche im Haus war sehr erholsam. Andrew war ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Aufgrund von kurzfristig anberaumtem Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarschaft wurden wir in ein anderes Haus von DosXtremos umquartiert - ein Upgrade ohne Extrakosten. Danke vielmals dafür. So konnten wir den Urlaub wirklich genießen.

Agradable estancia

La casa del jardín cumple la veracidad mostrada en las imágenes, es muy acogedora y tranquila. La zona de la bbq es perfecta para estar en familia y amigos. Sin duda una buena experiencia que repetiríamos. (el trato de andrew y maria fue excelente)
