This beachfront condo is right next to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, which is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. These condos are the closest walk to the Navarre beach restaurants, parks & boat ramp you can get! There are 3 pools and hottubs to choose from, as well as the only building with a store. The store has smoothies, snacks, sunscreen, souvenirs, beach/pool toys as well as basic grocery items. Let us know how we can make your vacation better!

Beautiful and Well-Maintained Condo!We had a wonderful stay! The beach condo was beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and great to work with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this property!

The host was amazing. Very responsive, excellent communication. The property was spotless. Well maintained and had everything you could need during your stay. Check in and check out both very easy and simple. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book again!

The place was amazing. We had the best view of the ocean! The condo looked just like the pictures. It was clean and well taken care of. The decor is beautiful. Beds were comfy as well. The host was easy to contact though we didn’t have any issues but a closet light going out the day before we left which was not a big deal. We had the best time in the best place!

We had an amazing stay! Check in was super easy, the condo was clean, and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a perfect spot to vacation, and I would 100% come here again!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view! Great communication and easy check in. The condo was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed for the week. Very close to the beach and pools, lots of beach toys and supplies and the beach chairs and umbrella was a great surprise! We had a perfect view of the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Brandon was very responsive and helpful. The condo was so clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to cook. The view was amazing. He has beach toys for kids. The best thing was the huge shower at the end of a long beach day.

Great Vacation

Outstanding Property! Great Management!

This is the nicest, cleanest property we’ve stayed in at Summerwind. The management is top notch and has the best communication of anyone we’ve worked with in all our years vacationing here. Look forward to staying here again next year!

Perfect Trip

Loved this location. The condo was beautifully clean and exactly as it was advertised. We had a family of 6 and were very comfortable. The beach view is incredible!

Everything was wonderful and relaxing. Stovetop stopped working the first night there and Brandon had it replaced the next day. Stuff happens and he was great about it. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great Condo!

We loved our week long stay in this condo, the unit was clean and loved that every bed has white sheets! Location was great and the view for the 4th fireworks was amazing from the balcony since they were shot from the end of the pier. This is a great location and building to stay in if you have a family.

The sound adds a whole other element of things to do, the sound is where you paddleboard, boat, kayak etc. It is like a big long lake!
