Great home, very big, ver comfortable with all the amenities needed for a long stay. Easy to find and easy instructions for all aspects of our stay. Sleeps a lot of people even though there were only 2 of us!

We wholeheartedly recommend this property! It was clean and comfortable. There are two large gathering areas for our party of seven adults and one child. The beds were comfortable, the linens crisp and clean, with enough pillows and blankets in every room. The sofas were comfortable with enough space for more people than we brought. The kitchen table is massive with seating for 12. The two car garage and driveway parking were nice for our 3 cars. My granddaughter enjoyed the toys and books in the toy room, plus the pool toys for the community pool. The bathrooms were clean, towels were great, water pressure was perfect. We loved staying here and will be looking for this same property on our next visit to the St George area!

Wonderful Location

We loved staying here. It is perfect for our family. Great location. Close to Zions and Tuacahn, two places we love to visit when we are in the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great home in a great location.

This home was in great a neighborhood. Super easy access to I-15 and everything in town. Easy check in/out. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and filled every need. We visited 3 of the National Parks in the area and enjoyed a 2 hr. horseback ride. All in all a great family vacation.

Huntsman soccer team mates!

Thus property was perfect for us! It was a great location easy to get to the fields! We had a great time together but so nice to have our private spaces as well. The house is beautiful and comfortable with everything needed for a great stay!

Close to everything

Very nice property with comfortable beds and amenities. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool, especially with the added shaded area. Not really any backyard to speak of, but a nice Kitchenaid grill we only used once because of the excessive heat. Well stocked with paper products, detergent, etc. A short drive to Zion and many great golf courses. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Comfortable Home!

There were 11 family members plus my 18 month old grandson. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of privacy. The beds are amazing. We all slept so well. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, linens, etc. Other than your clothes and toiletries, you need not bring anything else but groceries!

The property was wonderful, perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, the home was very comfortable.Two things to note... 1 - there were not enough wash clothes in the upstairs bathrooms2 - The reclining couch would not un-reclineThanks for everything!

Great place to stay but description was inaccurate.

The house was actually great and clean! However, the description of the property said that it was on one level. We had one person in our party who uses a wheelchair. When we arrived we expected it to be all on one level but it was actually on two. It made it very inconvenient for us and especially the person that was in the wheelchair.

We are so glad that you thought the home was great. We apologize that you thought it was only a ground-level home. The photo of the home shows that it is a two level home. However, we have two master bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground level. Also, the living room and kitchen are also on the ground level. The guest in the wheelchair should have been absolutely comfortable. We will make sure that it does state two levels. Thank you for staying with us and for being such wonderful guests!

Good place for kids

My kids loved the foosball table, playroom under the stairs, and all the games and toys. The community pool and hot tub were great as well. The listing is a little misleading in that they no longer offer the aquatic tickets since the pool/hot tub are open. So if that is a big selling feature for you then you will be disappointed. Communication with the host was hit and miss whether she would respond promptly or would have to contact her a couple times before she would respond. Also, the washing machine was broken while we were there so that was a bummer. Thankfully, we were compensated pretty well for the inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed the experience.

Thank you for staying with us and for being such wonderful guests. I am not sure where the passes were advertised as this was before the community pool was completed. I also am sorry that you felt that we did not answer your questions quickly. I looked back through the communication and did not see any lack of communication. The guest experience is super important to us. We have a guest service phone number, the vrbo platform as well as our guest app. We also have no control that the washer broke down and with Covid parts are so difficult to get. However, you were greatly compensated for this inconvenience. Thanks again for staying with us and for your feedback.

This home is family friendly, spacious, very clean, and the host is easy to contact. It was a perfect location. Centrally located and allowed us to reach the many softball fields in less than 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.
