Great little place

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A/C worked great, we slept comfortably. There isnt a dishwasher, but it has everything needed to cook whatever you want.

We both were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We were in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The shopping was very close and convenient. This house had everything we needed.

Perfect location

This cute guest house was close to family and friends in the area in a quiet neighborhood. Steve was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Lots of amenities like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent,beach chairs and beach towels, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

Our Home Away From Home

Steven's guest house is a great location in a safe, quiet, & charming neighborhood. The home has all the appliances, kitchen accessories, & personal/cleaning supplies we needed...& the king bed is very comfortable. Steven is a great 'neighbor' and host!!

Truly amazing place

Great location, owner was amazing, pool was great addition to the property. Siesta key beach is like a 5 minute drive away which was perfect. Overall truly amazing rental. Had an amazing time on our very 1st every vacation to flordia. Thank you for making it a smooth process.

Clean, quiet, fully stocked with everything needed for stay. Bed was comfortable. Pool patio with bubbler providing relaxing background sound. Steven addressed our queries quickly. Very nice overall.

Really nice place

This little bungalow was clean, smelled good, and was very comfortable. I loved staying here. I felt well cared for. It was just a 4 minute walk to the place where we held our annual training for Healers. The host was very gracious and kind, although we didn’t have much time to chat, I would have loved to. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We had a fabulous day at Steven’s property. The photographs really don’t do the property justice. Everything was immaculately clean and the property had everything we needed for a stay near the beach. The property is in a very safe area with lots of amenities in close proximity. Steven was super helpful when my account with Vrbo wasn’t working and incredibly patient. Looking forward to visiting sunny Sarasota soon :)

Amazing Family Vacation

Steven was an amazing host! The place was in the perfect spot, beaches all right around the corner. The pool was amazing. You have everything you would need in the house for cooking or basic needs. Siesta Key and Lido Key are within 10 minutes away. We couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely return for another great Family Vacation! Thank you Steven for everything! You helped make our Vacation everything we wanted. :)

Excellent VRBO Rental

Highly recommend! The pictures do not give it justice. Plenty of space, the kitchen is fully stocked, the pool was beautiful and the location is walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only complaint we had was the Ubers would cancel on us. Nothing to do with the rental, but is more of a heads up for vacationers. We wished we would have rented a car as parking was free and the beach also had free parking. We will be back!!

Paradise in the pool!

We stayed here for a week during the heat wave of July, so it was even hotter than the usual summer. The AC and fans worked great – we certainly could have made things cooler if we had wanted to. Very comfortable king size bed plus two twin beds in a separate room. Could watch the large screen tv from the twin beds. Excellent cookware and knives to make the few meals we did make. We floated around in the very warm pool as much as possible, during the times of shade from the giant Southern Oaks, and the palms. Appreciated the floats and pool noodles very much. Enjoyed meeting the owner, Steven, who offered whatever help we needed.

Frustrating description and instructions

No where in the listing did it say it was a guest house. We could not figure out how to get with the code system. Every time he entered it a code, my husband, it timed out! He was do angry it caused us to argue and about ruined the trip! Also he wasn’t comfortable being in someone’s backyard. Better description and communication would of helped

Very clean and cozy guest house

I was surprised by the cleanliness of the guest house. It is small but has everything a family of 4 needs for their stay.

Been to Sarasota several times but never have stayed at such an amazing location. Clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. Definitely will return in the future. The owner Steven was very nice and welcoming as well!!!!
