The smell of paint drove us out . The company should have known that the HOA had a plan to paint and should have blocked rental until the smell had subsided.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your stay. We completely understand how unpleasant and disruptive a strong paint odor can be, especially when you’re expecting to relax and enjoy your vacation. We’re sorry that the painting project was not identified and communicated to us in time for us to take appropriate action. Had we known the HOA work would create conditions that affected the livability of the unit, we would have taken steps to prevent guests from being placed in the property until the odor had subsided. We understand your frustration and regret that the situation ultimately caused you to leave. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are reviewing our communication with the HOA regarding maintenance and painting projects so we can better protect our guests from similar issues in the future. Thank you for your honest feedback, and again, we apologize that your stay was impacted by this unexpected situation.

The location is amazing! We had 3 kids taking snowboarding lessons and this condo is right across from the school. Wish I had brought my binoculars so I could watch my kids from the balcony.

Wonderful stay!

This place was the perfect location and amenities for our family of 5 (kids 10, 12, 15)!!! Sunshine on the balcony and watching the Peru lift were fun bonuses that we hadn’t expected :)

Everything was excellent. Check-in process was easy, the condo was perfect for our group. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and evenings after dinner. Taking nice walks around the property and with the Snake river right next to us was awesome. We also enjoyed the hot tub.

It was really wonderful to be able to walk from the condo right onto a lift. We had a great time skiing. All of the appliances were top notch and the bed was comfy.

It was a great location for my time in Keystone! I would stay there again. The check in and out is very simple. Read the directions three times before going to the location. It is very unique location between two sky runs. Nice deck to have coffee in the morning or wine for the evening.
