Ce condo de 570 pieds carrés avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain peut accueillir quatre personnes et est idéalement situé dans River Run Village, de sorte que vous êtes à quelques pas des boutiques, des restaurants et des festivités. Le balcon privé offre une vue sur la chaîne de montagnes Gore et la patinoire en hiver et le golf putt-putt en été.

L'entrée offre des crochets montés et un banc pour votre commodité lors des allées et venues tout au long de la journée. Very nice and clean place, cozy, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen including tea kettle. Short walk to gondola. Lovely view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. Living room furniture is new and confortable. Good night sleep in the king size bed. We’ve stayed at several units in this complex and this was the cleanest and nicest for a ski condo. Unfortunately, the elevator from the garage to the lobby was broken (still!). We were at Buffalo Lodge in February and the elevator was broken at that time.

Garage Elevator Not Working!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself was fine and everything was in order; the bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked with pans, bowls, utensils, etc., and the location convenient to the gondola. The worst part was the fact that the elevator wasn’t working from the garage and it was difficult to bring all the heavy gear bags and luggage up to the first floor elevator where you can then go to your room. It would’ve been nice if they had put that in the condo description so you can factor that in when choosing your stay. Had I known I would’ve picked a different location (there were other options near by). I felt bad for two families I saw who struggled with little children going up those stairs. They only notified me a couple days after I booked but of course my booking was no refundable at that point.

Great short stay for family ski trip

Great condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Great location, nice swimming pool amenities next door and right at shops and restaurants. Short walk to gondola. Only downside was that one of the elevators - the one accessing the parking garage - was out of order.

Great spot for a quick getaway

Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Location was in the heart of the activity. Close enough to walk to the slopes. Parking was a bonus being underground. Pool was in a different building which made for cold walks back. Place was nice and just as described in the booking.

Really convenient and good facilities

Other than that, great location, great parking, nice hot tub and good kitchen supplies. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the lifts.

Easy in, easy out. Great property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The communication from the start was fantastic. Very easy instructions and texted throughout the stay to be sure that all was going well. The place was clean and had everything needed for the stay. I loved the property except for one thing. The hot tub had so much chlorine it that it burnt your eyes and was almost unbearable to sit in. Taking that out of the equation, I would 100% book this again. Great location and parking. Loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, convenient for shops, restaurants, lifts and many amenities. But someone else had access to out locker which was worrying form a security point of view. Our ski equipment could have been stolen so we had to keep it in our room. Property services and maintenance are prompt and professional. It's a great place to stay and SCMR staff are usually good at sorting out any issues / problems.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had some issues with maintenance on the refrigerator & TV. We ended up having to fix them ourselves. The couch & dining room chairs are extremely outdated; carpet in the bedroom is a tripping hazard.

Weekend Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented through Summit County Mountain Rentals before we no complaints. This time was a bit different. Upon arrival, we leaned the elevator from the garage was out of order. This should have been brought to guest’s attention ahead of time. My husband recently had ACL surgery and hiking flights of stairs with luggage was a hassle and just unnecessary. The condo itself was nice, for the most part. The bathroom needs attention. The shower rod is absolute cracked in half and paint and pieces of dry wall were missing in numerous spots.
