Summer 2026 weeks available! Book now to enjoy summer get away. This charming and quaint updated Victorian beach house makes a great vacation retreat for friends and family. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, common areas include living room, dining room, kitchen, enclosed porches, and backyard area. Plenty of comfortable seating, dining room, open kitchen make for relaxing mealtimes. Dishwasher, ice maker, garbage disposal are all provided. Located in the Historic District of Cape May on one of the oldest streets in the city, you will be close to the beach and all Cape May has to offer. Parking for 4 vehicles is conveniently located a short walk from the house. Easy access to unload, load in front of house. Beach chairs provided.

Fantastic location close to everything cape may has to offer! Our group was attending a wedding at Congress Hall, and hadn’t been to cape may before- this house made everything easy- short walk to restaurants and the beach. Strongly recommend!

We loved our week at 120 Decatur! couldn't have been more perfectly situated between the beach and the action of wash st mall. The house accommodated our group perfectly, kids had fun exploring all the nooks of this historical gem. Also the owner Kathy responded quickly whenever I had questions during our stay. We'll be back!

50th with Family and Friends

Our family had such a great stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location of this house is hands down the BEST! Our stay was a surprise to my husband for his 50th birthday. It was so fun to make a weekend out of it. We had a new group of family and/or friends join us for a stay each night and it was so nice to sit around the big dining room table, cook on the grill out back and enjoy coffee together on the porch. The teenagers loved the short walk to the beach and shopping areas. Everyone enjoyed the short walk to so many fun establishments in the area! We highly recommend this house!
The kitchen island was perfect for our kids to create a huge charcuterie board!
The front porch and patio was great for catching up with old friends!

Annual Family Week in Cape May

This large, 3-story house was perfect for my family of 13— me, my kids, and grandkids. The kids loved all of the different places they could spread out and play. We adults loved the charm and character of the home (as well as the spaces the kids could play!). The location is ideal. We walked everywhere—-to restaurants, shops, a bakery, mini golf, and of course, the beach! We especially appreciated the outdoor shower, the beach chairs, the huge dining room table, and the spacious kitchen with island and extra fridge for beverages. We will definitely be back!
