House was very nice. Communication leading up to the stay was great. I would suggest an earlier check in or later check out. When staying for a weekend you aren’t getting much time in the house. Overall the house was wonderful and location was great, very walkable!

House was in a fantastic location..easy to get to places just about a block or two from the beach Front porch could use some TLC, some of the furniture inside could also use some upgrades and none of the inside doors lock including bathroom doorsOne thing to note is that you do have to rent linens from outside company..which was not a hard process Overall the house was a nice place to stay

We had a fantastic time. The house is very roomy and well appointed. Short walk to the beach We loved the porch and spent most of our time there… could add a few more porch chairs! The house had a great game room out back that our kids loved! Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and bikes, added a ton of convenience and fun to the trip!!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and the house is located in a great spot, there are many things to know about this house before you make a commitment to stay there. Although the bathrooms are very nice and updated, there is no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom.Some of the bathrooms, towel racks are just screwed into the wall,no anchors,easy to rip the holder off the wall.The drawers in the bedrooms are ancient, chinsy to open. Comforter in the master bedroom did not have a clean feeling, def need to use a top sheet. The shades are cheap, taped to the mountings. The coffee table in the living room is a wooden box, cheaply put together. Unsafe for my grandchildren to be near. No blankets in the living room for cool nights, come prepared.Upon arrival, there were water bottles under the couch and sandy floors.I get it, a beach house but it should have been vacuumed. The furniture on the front porch is ok but cushions had holes in them, the railing loose & the porch needed a good sweeping.First night there, the master bed fell apart. A slat under bed literally fell off.Next morning, my husband spent time screwing the bed frame back together. The oven was left greasy inside. When we cooked bacon in the morning, smoke detectors went off. Again, my husband spent time deep cleaning the oven.Garbage disposal did not work properly. No steak knives. 300 for cleaning, why should I be expected to reline garbage pails, clean floors & make beds.Bath mats are not washed.

NICE LOCATION. VERY CLEAN HOUSE. ONLY ISSUE WAS THE BEDS IN SOME OF THE ROOMS. VERY OLD BEDS AND VERY NOISY. EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE HEARS YOU WHEN YOU ROLL OVER OR MOVE AN INCH IN THE BED, SPECIFICALLY IN THE MASTER ROOM.

Great girls getaway

This house was perfect for our girls getaway! It is beautiful and clean and in the most perfect location to walk to everything…..just 1 block to the beach as well. So many bedrooms and beds to accommodate everyone!! Although we did not cook here, the kitchen is well stocked and has a great dining table that can seat a very large group! Property management was wonderful to deal with…very responsive from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is spacious and charming. Many nice renovations. Great to have a 3rd floor with its own bathroom. Beautiful kitchen and nice to have 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens. While the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes it lacked a few items that would have come in handy for us who celebrated Thanksgiving there. We missed having a 9x13 baking pan, cookie sheets and a hand mixer. Not deal breakers for all vacationers but just fyi. A beautiful dining table. Bedrooms were spacious and very nice. Beware of master bedroom king bed. It squeaks and creeks like I’ve never heard before. You cannot move in the bed without others hearing. I hate to criticize as the house overall is great BUT that bed is no joke. This has been mentioned in another review so I hope the owner is able to replace it soon. All bathrooms seem new and were very clean and nice. A great location, close to all. Accommodated our family very nicely. While we didn’t utilize it, the game room in the garage was a nice addition. We had a great time together and have no regrets spending our Thanksgiving weekend in this home. Coastline Realty was wonderful to deal with as well.

This was an excellent house for my family reunion! Most is newly renovated. It was clean and well appointed (must provide sheets/towels; they provide paper towels instead of dish cloths). The large dining and living areas downstairs provided space for all 10 to be together comfortably. The quality and variety of kitchen cooking & plating supplies was amazing. We used both the regular coffee pot and the Keurig provided. 2nd fridge a plus! The primary suite bed does indeed squeak but no-one else heard it. The house is part of a nice residential area just a block and a half from the beach. The promenade began right where we accessed the sand. It was an easy walk to the historic area and Washington St. Mall. Though the house is across the street from hotels (blocks beach view) we didn't feel like they were on top of us and the hotel properties/parking lots were clean and quiet. With careful parking we were able to fit two SUVs side-by-side and a Honda Fit in the back without blocking the neighbor (shared driveway). Nearby street parking was free. The game-room garage amenities provided fun for all ages (we were twenties to seventies). Having several beach chairs 3 umbrellas available was wonderful. There were a few bikes.The host, Bob Hartman, is with Coastline Realty. He was prompt with his replies and he helped us to add another day to our stay at the last minute. Was a little confusing when first booking a VRBO through a realtor but I figured it out.

This was an amazing property that didn’t disappoint. It was clean, close to the beach and other attractions, and full of amenities. It has a beautiful front porch for coffee drinking and socializing! The host was quick to respond to my questions and very helpful! I would definitely recommend and go back again!
