Family Friendly, Great Price & Location

Family of five. Loved the Master Bedroom with en suite, also a second full bath. My two and five yr old loved sharing the room with two twin beds and my teenager was thrilled to have his own separate bedroom. Not a fancy place, but clean and had all the conveniences, DW, W&D, central A/C etc. Also the location was perfect! Great family value.

No Frills, Clean, Comfortable

The house is small but clean and comfortable overall. Convenient to Hyannis, shopping, easy to get to the beach. I wish it had a beach pass, as it turns out you cannot purchase a temp pass unless you order it weeks ahead of time.

Great house centrally located

This house was centrally located and a short drive to the closest beaches.. It was set back from any main raid and was nice and quiet with plenty of privacy. Property Owner was fantastic to deal with and answered questions right away! House was perfect for our needs but was lacking in kitchen pans in particular.. Only 2 frying pans and they were horrible for cooking.. We had to go and buy some pans to cook with.. Be mindful of that if your family likes to make your own meals.. Outside of that there was no other issues. We had a great stay.
