Our new luxury duplex apartment offers luxury and enough space for up to 8 people. 3 bedrooms and 2 sleeping possibilities (sofa bed) on the gallery, a TV with integrated Receiver, a second TV is in the bedroom, and a spa with sauna and jacuzzi, and a second shower room provide relaxation. The cozy living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and blender leave nothing to be desired. Games and books for children and adults and a footstool, toilet seat and socket guards for the little ones are available as well as a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Your bicycles find a place in our bike shed and mosquito nets ensure that uninvited guests stay outside.

Große, komfortable und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Kommunikation und Check-In waren super. Sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, aber zentral. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit den Gästen in den Nachbarwohnungen, was Lautstärke und gegenseitige Rücksicht angeht. Da kann die Agentur aber nichts machen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr umfangreich (Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Grill und vieles mehr) und gehoben (Saune und Whirpool). Die Räume sind sehr schön, die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe und Aufteilung. Für Erwachsene Gäste auf jeden Fall eine absolute Empfehlung, bei Familien mit Kinder (wegen der Treppen) vielleicht nur eingeschränkt. Ein kleines Manko - der Balkon ist echt sanierungsbedürftig, 3 meiner Mitreisenden haben sich nicht rausgetraut - sorry hatte ich bei unserem Abschlußgespräch vergessen. Die Gästebetreuung wirklich super und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Super Wohnung für 8 Freundinnen

Wir haben mit 8 Frauen ein tolles Wochenende in Greetsiel verbracht. Das Wetter spielte mit und die Wohnung hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Lediglich auf dem Balkon war es mit 8 Personen etwas eng. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, ein Abend mit Sauna und Whirlpool liess keine Wünsche offen. Betten waren bezogen und die bestellten Handtücher lagen bereit. Die Gästebetreuung war vorbildlich: Kaum waren wir da, kam auch schon die Hausdame mit dem Schlüssel. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende und kommen gerne wieder. Martina aus Bochum
