7×3メートルの高台にあるプールの静けさに浸りながら、6つの快適な寝椅子と2つの日よけに囲まれて、マヨルカの暖かな太陽を楽しんでください。住居の周囲のスペースは、石の床、バーベキューの隣にある2つのアウトドアダイニングテーブル、そして居心地の良い休憩エリアと快適な屋外ソファを備えた、丁寧にデザインされています。

Great Find

A lovely rustic farmhouse style set in large well maintained grounds. Great position but you need a car. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. The only negatives, swimming pool tiles were dirty. No m.irrors in two of the bedrooms No little extras like soap, washing up liquid, bin liners, toilet rolls.

Good value for money

We liked the cleanliness of the villa and the pool area. It was great not to have neighbours close by. A good location close to Port de Polle sa and Alcudia Old Town but a car is required It would be helpful to have more kitchen equipment like serving bowls and sharper knives. Hooks.in the bathroom for towels. A washing basket to take out wet washing from the machine. 2 pillows per bed.

Perfect little villa

Ses Rotes was perfect for us. Set in a lovely garden looking over fields. Enough space for us, the three kids and granny! We all loved the pool for cooling off. No other villas close so the kids making a lot of noise was not a problem. Easy car journey from Palma and 5 mins to either porto pollensa or Alcudia. Great BBQ and outside area for evenings. Rooms a bit musty. Air Con might need cleaning. Pegs for the line would have been really helpful for drying clothes.

Viel Platz und Privatsphäre

Schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz zur Erholung. Abgelegen und nah am Meer. Man hört zwar die Autos der nahegelegenen Straße, aber diese Geräusche stören kaum. Die Unterkunft ist zwar spartanisch eingerichtet, aber der Außenbereich lädt zum verweilen ein. Insgesamt war alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Ameisen haben auch kaum gestört, man sollte nur kein Essen rumliegen lassen. Die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneuert werden.

Waren 12 Tage da ! Schlimmer Klosteingestank während des ganzen Aufenthalts im Wohn- und Küchenbereich (angeblich wg. Insekten) Permanenter Straßenlärm Komplettsanierung der Inneneinrichtung dringend notwendig (50er Jahre). Wände mit vielen Löchern und miserabel verputzt. Viel zu kleine Schlafzimmer, tlw. ohne Schränke und Nachttische, für Kinder ok, für Erwachsene ungeeignet Nur ein Badezimmer (mit altmodischem Duschvorhang) Keine Handtuchhalter Dringend mit Ameisenspray eindecken (pro Woche 3 Dosen) Ca. 10 Euro extra tägl. für Stromgebühren/Klima einrechnen (wird vom Deponat einbehalten) Pool wurde nie gereinigt Von 6 Pool-Liegen waren 2 oder 3 in der Mitte durchgebrochen Insgesamt stimmt Preis/Leistung nicht ansatzweise Miniklo im Außenbereich nur für Personen unter 160 cm zu nutzen. Ansonsten Helmpflicht, da man sich permanent die Birne stößt Von der Anmietung dieser Bude (hat die Bezeichnung Finca nicht verdient !) ist dringend abzuraten

Hat alles soweit gepasst, nur die Spülmaschine, die online im Inserat angegeben war, war leider nicht vorhanden. Strand war ebenfalls ausreichend. Gerne wieder^^

Gelungener Urlaub

Wer auf einen perfekten Sandstrand verzichten kann, aber nah am Meer sein möchte, wo man auch gut baden kann und keine Mücken und Ameisen scheut, der kann hier einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub in einer gemütlichen Finca mit Traum-Pool und großzügigem Anwesen verbringen!

Great villa and location, but could do with some additional basic provisions

The villa could have done with some basic provisions such as bin bags and means to wash the dishes (such as a dishcloth or sponge). Other than that the location was great and the pool was excellent. We all spent a lot of time in the pool area throughout the week of our holiday. The location was handy for exploring the town's of Alcudia and Pollença as well as Cap Formentor.

Pleasant, but not wow.

Let's be clear, we really enjoyed the stay and the outside space is fantastic. I guess what I want to say here is that there are things that it is important to know beforehand. The swimming pool is not heated (I used it twice only as the sea is warmer). The ants around the pool bite, yes they climb on the beds and you feel it.... Take mosquito spray for spraying inside and spray for your body. The first night was dining out night for a couple of mosquitoes in the room. Wood lice are prevalent inside and we regularly swept the property to keep them at bay. This is not an issue with the property but the location, just be aware. The double bed was not comfortable enough to sleep myself and my wife, so for the first time ever we slept separately. It was the only way we could sleep all night. We are slim people, so that was not the problem. Difficult to say if it was the size, mattress or pillows, it just didn't enable a night's sleep. We paid 40 euro in electricity for the week and never used anything other than lights and the kettle. If you use the air conditioning, be ready for a big electricity bill. Not an issue, but just be aware. To open all the security shutters and then lock them all up before you go out can be a bit annoying, but I guess if securing the property is important it has to be done. Unless you undo the shutters it will be dark inside. One final thing is that it looked in the middle of nowhere, whereas it is on the main road to Pollensa and the main coast road from Alcudia to Porto Pollensa is close, so traffic noise is a little intrusive. Possibly because I live in the middle of nowhere and I don't get traffic noise at home I noticed it, but its hardly the M25 😉. So does it sound like we didn't enjoy the property? Well strangely we did, even with the above comments. They are not so much criticism as buyer beware, if you understand that there is only 1 bathroom inside and 1 outside, and you're aware that the location is in the countryside which is great for ants and mosquitos then just be prepared. Again the outside space is awesome. I would happily stay here with the knowledge with the knowledge that I have imparted and its helpful. We really enjoyed the property, seriously we did.

Ärgernis: das zweite Bad stand nicht zur Verfügung. Es gab keine Information darüber. Eine Instandsetzung wurde angekündigt, aber nicht durchgeführt. Auf E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Kein Entschädigungsangebot. Ganz schwach

heel gezellig groot huis met waanzinnige tuin

heerlijk schoon huis om in te verblijven, grote tuin, heerlijk zwembad, goed terras in de schaduw. vlak bij leuke steden strand en natuurgebieden. Je hoeft maar weinig kleren mee te nemen want je kan elke dag wassen. Een waanzinnige vakantie gehad!

Sehr schöne Finca sehr gemütlich

Die Finca hat alles was man benötigt wenn man sich aktiv auf der Insel aufhält. Auch für Ruhetage ist genug Platz für alle vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist Groß und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool verfügt über genügend Liegeplatz. In der Finca ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Einzig eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht, was uns aber kein bischen gestört hat. Beim Frühstück draußen hat man bei zeiten Sonne wie den ganzen Tag über. Man kann nach Alcudia oder Port de Polenca laufen.

Alles prima, gut in Schuß, sehr empfehlenswert

Die Finca und das Grundstück waren sehr gepflegt, zum Teil auch besser als auf den Bildern zu erkennen war. Die Ausstattung der Küche war zufriedenstellend. Alle anderen Räume waren blitzblank sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Außerdem auch ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Best Finca Mallorca Team, die alle unsere Fragen im Vorfeld der Buchung sehr freundlich und kompetent beantwortet haben!
