We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was clean, well furnished and had all of the amenities we could need- even beach supplies in the cupboard!Perfectly located with just a short walk to the beach, supermarkets and bus stops for exploring the area. Check in was smooth and easy. The balcony was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accomodation

We had a great two weeks at Clivias. The apartment was spacious, very clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed being able to sit on the large balcony for our meals. The agent and the owner responded immediately when the bedroom A/C wasn't working. Would highly recommend this property

about 5 minutes walk from main Port Polenca beach. close to town center and local restaurants etc. Quite road with good parking. spacious and well equipped app. large balcony. very clean and in good condition.

Puerto Pollensa - all that you could ask for in Mallorca!!

A lovely flat in a great location with all the amenities that you need handily placed nearby. An easy 10 minute walk to the main beach and an equally quick walk to the nearby "corner" shop at Gotmar where you can get your fresh bread and pastries. Rooms are all a good size, with air conditioning in bedrooms. Great balcony to dine on. Kitchen has everything you need too

Très bonne location rapport qualité prix. Appartement bien situé à 5mn à pied de la plage et 5mn en voiture des magasins alimentaires dans une petite station balnéaire familiale. A noter qu il est équipé de tous le nécessaire pour se sentir bien en vacances : clim, lave linge, lave vaisselle, grand frigo, ustensiles de cuisine…même un parasol pour la plage. Gros plus : apparemment très propre à notre arrivée ! D autre part, la personne sur place (Homerti ?) qui gère la réservation est très réactive à la moindre question.
