カシミアの美しいブレンダーキャニオンの歴史的な壮大な農家

Thank you Carol and we are glad you enjoyed your stay over Thanksgiving. Please return anytime as it's nice in (almost) every season. Happy Holidays, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Hannah! We appreciated your renting our historic farmhouse for your return visit this summer. Hopefully those huge old Black Walnut trees kept you cool during our heatwave. Thanks again, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Robyn! We enjoyed having your family group there - and found a couple of minor things left behind (PJ's) so wanted to know if you want those returned. If not, we'll donate. Glad you had some fun snow and have a great rest of your winter. Best, Julie & Ludger Szmania

Thank you Brian and family. So glad you had fun and a place to relax and enjoy life off the grid! Appreciate your review and your staying at the farmhouse. Best, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Robert and family for staying at our farm for Christmas week! You had some nice snow and hopefully a cozy time for good food and memory making. We appreciate your comments. Have a Happy New Year too! Best, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Ardys for staying at the farm. We really appreciated it and were glad you enjoyed yourselves. As soon as that pesky snow stops falling, we're updating the mudroom bathroom including flooring so thanks for your kind input. You'll have to come back to enjoy the farm in the warm summer months! Best, Julie & Ludger Szmania

Thanks Marc! We hardly noticed you were there, so thank you for taking good care of the house and we hope you had fun at Oktoberfest. Best, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Ashley and family! You took great care of the farmhouse and appreciate the loads of laundry started. And the kitchen was almost spotless. It was hot so we hope you stayed cool and had a wonderful bit of family time. Thanks for checking on the water and recycling too. All was well. Have a super rest of your summer! Come back in any season as it's fun in the winter there too. Best, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Shannon for once again, staying at our farmhouse. Not sure if there was any snow when you arrived but we hope you had fun and a festive time anyway. Have a Happy New Year and hopefully we'll see you again. Best, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Nate. We're glad you had a nice, comfortable time. Hope you got to float the river as it was beautiful warm weather last weekend. Thanks again for renting the house. We appreciate it and all your good communications! Best, Julie & Ethan Szmania

Thanks Steve. Glad you all had a nice time! Happy Thanksgiving, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Mick & Amy for bringing your family to Cashmere for the holidays. And for coming over for a wine tasting at our Winery. You had snow and hopefully made lots of good memories. We wish you and yours a Happy New Year and thanks again for your kind words! Best, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Misha! We are glad you had plenty of room and hopefully enjoyed all that fresh snow while you were at the farm. Please come see us again - every season offers a new experience in Brender Canyon. Thanks again for staying at the farm. Julie & Ethan

Glad you had a nice time at the farmhouse over Thanksgiving. The housekeepers said that every bed, couch, etc was used for sleeping and one had a significant urination smell (top floor twin) which required mattress changes. There was so much laundry (way more than usual for 12 people) and we were not sure why. We agreed to an early check-in of 1 pm, but guests started arriving around 11 a.m. Fortunately everything was clean and ready. Just a few hickups like that made us worry.

Thank you for taking such good care of the house. Glad you enjoyed your time there with friends and happy that you had wonderful summer weather. Again, we appreciate your nice review. Have a great summer ahead. Best, Julie Szmania

Thank you so much Jen and a very special THANK YOU to Alyssa whose adorable drawing is a sensation on my Instagram account! I hope everyone had a nice time - I know the snow got sloppy before you left, but at least it was a little white for your vacation. Have a wonderful New Year and we appreciate your taking such good care of our little farmhouse. Best, Julie & Ethan

Thank you so much Stacey! We're so glad you enjoyed the place and hope you can return. It's pretty nice during every season and those Black Walnuts are falling by the millions now. BTW, we just bough the old barn/packing shed across the country road - so are very excited about that. Have a great rest of your year. Best, Julie & Ludger

Thank you Matt. Good to know you were comfortable and that your out-of-towners went to a lovely wedding. Have a great rest of your summer! Best, Julie & Ludger Szmania

Hi Brett: Thanks for the review. I wanted to let you know we found a black puffy jacket by Columbia Sportswear at the farm. Looks like a woman's size. Did someone in your group leave it behind? I can send it if you let me know an address and to whom. Thank you, Julie Szmania
