Come and relax in this updated condo in the desirable Ocean Village Community in Hutchinson Island. Our condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with tile floors throughout the living area, bedrooms and balcony, which overlooks the golf course. Relax in our unit which includes access to all of these amazing amenities: Nearly two miles of private beach, (less than a 5 minute walk from our condo), four swimming pools, an executive Par 3 golf course, 11 tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, basketball, beach volleyball, shuffle board, fitness center and library. A pool-side Tiki Bar, on-site restaurant and much more!
Our unit is equipped with new televisions, WiFi, washer, dyer, full kitchen, all new appliances, new kitchen utensils and equipment.
Rental comes with beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, boogie board, golf club bag with wheeled caddy and grocery cart caddy.

We are a family of 5, with three beautiful children. We purchased this unit as a summer vacation home for our children, who range in age from nineteen to twelve. My wife and I are life-long Floridians, and live just south in Miami. Our children are our life and when not at the condo, you can find us on a baseball field or cheer competition somewhere!
The kids and adults, lol, absolutely love coming to the unit, as there are so many things to do. From the beach, pools, golf, basketball, tennis, boccie ball, shuffle board, running, walking, swimming, or working out at the fitness center. Perhaps you enjoy relaxing and have a drink at the pool-side Tiki Bar, or reading a book at the quiet and relaxing on-site library.
We would love for you and your family to enjoy your unit as much as we do. We are always available to assist you in your vacation!

When we purchased our condo, it was the ugly duckling in the building. The unit had been vacant for some time, but we saw the amazing potential. We are a hardworking family who knows that with love, hard work and some elbow grease, anything can flourish, as our amazing condo did.
Below are some of the upgrades we have in our unit:
All of the bedrooms and the living room have new televisions equipped with satellite TV.
The Living-room and master bedroom television have also has Ruku and Netflix options as well.
Brand new air conditioner and hot water heater.
The condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.
We have new beach chairs, new boogie boards, new beach towels and brand new pots, pans and all kitchen utensils.
We have a wheeled cart to assist you in carrying your groceries, or personal items from your vehicle to the condo.
