Everything was perfect! Location of this home is superb! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was great. Very clean. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the screen porch every night. We had a small issue the night we arrived, and although it was no fault of theirs, the owners were very responsive & remedied the problem in literally minutes. Carol was also quick to respond & VERY accommodating when i asked for her recommendation of locations to access the bay. Carol & Phil went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect! Seriously the best hosts ever!

This was the perfect spot. The house was super clean and the location is great. The beach was uncrowded and of course beautiful. Carol and Phil were very responsive and replied promptly to all of our inquiries, including when we were at the property. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property and Carol and Phil were on top of everything. The location and access to the beach was the best feature. We could easily walk back and forth between the house and beach which made it very nice with having younger kids. The space was efficient and kitchen was great for preparing meals. This is a great property, location and host. The property looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was perfect for our spring break getaway with family and friends.
