Within the Valcros estate, in the tranquility of the secure Cros de Maravenne residence accessed through a gate, the villa of approximately 160 sqm on 2 levels consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 shower room.

On the ground floor: a large living-dining room opening onto a wide 100 sqm terrace, a separate and well-equipped kitchen (Double fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso, Soda Stream...), an independent toilet, a bathroom, a double bedroom opening onto the terrace with two twin beds, and a bedroom opening onto the pool with a double bed.

On the "Night" floor: a master bedroom overlooking the island of Porquerolles and the golf course, 1 double bed with a private shower room and toilet, as well as 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (2x90) and a bathroom with toilet.

For your comfort: All bedrooms have ample storage. They are air-conditioned, as is the living room.
