Penthouse right by the sea, super complex, infinity pool, year-round season.

The apartment is a penthouse, ideal for 2 or 3 people, which can be reached with a lift. Approximately 95 m²: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC, 1 extra WC separate, living room, kitchen and a large balcony with sea view and a large awning, so that you can spend on the balcony all the time. TV and Wi-Fi (free).

The house is located directly on the sea, no 50 m walk. Ahead of us lies a small cove, which is separated by a groyne from the open sea. In about 15 minutes you can swim across from one side of the beach on the other side.

Of course, the plant, which is usually not more than occupied one-third, a heated swimming pool.

Within a radius of 100 meters you can buy everything. A car you rent at the site, which is much cheaper. Our agency is called 'Auto-Martina' and we regularly review our rental car from there. Daily price including insurance is about Euro 17.-, you would then be picked up directly from car rental companies at the airport.

We know a good masseuse, a German woman who likes to come into the house.

The capital Arreccife is about 8 km away and has everything you need. But in Costa Teguise is one, if you want it, completely self-sufficient.

A good restaurant is around the corner of the complex, 'Dona Lola' which therefore also the hangout of many residents is our conditioning.

Leider hat es uns nicht gefallen und ist im Verhältnis zum Angebot viel zu teuer, Pool war zu kalt und nicht beheizt. Das Apartment ist alt und schmutzig. Der Schlüssel war nicht hinterlegt und man musste erst hinterher telefonieren. Schade für den Ausblick. Direkt neben dem Apartment befindet sich eineriesen Baustelle mit viel Baulärm. Die Endreinigung wurde doppelt belastet. Ein Ärgernis noch zuhause. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Very good apartment but needs some tlc, curtains, towels and bedding in poor condition with staining on them. One bed collapsed when my husband lay on it luckily there was only us so used other bedroom. Location great, apartment could be great if tended to a little.

Peaceful, perfect place.

The apartment was perfect and lovingly decorated. The view from the balcony kept me engaged for hours, and, best of all was the complete silence ! Only the sound of the sea and pigeon cooing!! Very helpful hostess.

Aufenthalt war ok.Hätten uns gewünscht, bei dem Preis das wenigstens einmal eine Zwischenreinigung erfolgen würde. Penthouse ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Renovierung wäre mittlerweile nötig. Decke oben im Schlafzimmer weist viele Risse auf sodas der Putz bald abblättert. Auch das Badezimmer (Dusche) ist unseres erachtens nicht optimal. Wo die Schiebetüren verlaufen nicht gerade hygenisch sauber. Ansonsten Anlage gepflegt, Aussenbereich und Aussicht wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns für einen erneuten Aufenthalt auf Lanzarote für eine andere Anlage entschiede. Mit freundl. Grüßen Helga Burow und Uwe Fiedler

Von der Buchung der FeWo ist abzuraten 16 Mängel

Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, mangelhaft!Achtung, diese FeWo ist nicht die halben Kosten wert!Hier die heftigsten Mängel:Der schlimmste Fall war, dass wir 28 Stunden kein fließendes Wasser hatten, weil die Gastgeberin die Wasserrechnung nicht bezahlt hatte!Die Wohnung ist als Penthouse beschrieben, leider ist es nur eine ganz normale Dachgeschosswohnung! Als barrierefrei kann das Angebot auch nicht gelten, im Treppenhaus zum Aufzug befinden sich zunächst 6 Treppenstufen.Die meisten Beschreibungen zur Wohnung und der Poolanlage sind nicht übereistimmend mit der Wohnung und dem Pool welche/welchen wir vorfanden. Es ist ein geheizter Infinity Pool in der Beschreibung genannt worden, die Pooltemperatur war immer 21,5 - 22,0 C (das haben auch die Hausmitarbeiter bestätigt) Ein beheizter Pool hat aber 26,0 -28,0C und ein Infinity Pool ist immer randlos, was dieser nicht ist. Poolrand 20 – 30 cm hoch.Die gesamte Wohnung hat einen erheblichen Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsstau. Sie wirkt vernachlässigt!

Top ausgestattete FeWo, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Beide Schlafzimmer geeignet für Erwachsene, sehr ruhige Anlage. Empfehlenswert!

Wish we had not booked this flat. The experience spoiled our holiday

Don't be fooled by the 4.5 star rating. This flat does even not merit the 1 star we give it. Note that reviews since Mar 2020 give an average of 2.5 stars. There is no air conditioning. Heating in the flat is by one portable electric heater. The pool is not heated. So disappointing because the water was so cold. There is no cleaning during your stay. We were booked for 3 weeks and had no towel change or bed linen change during this time. Beware of the cleaning charge at the end. We were charged 150 Euros cash for cleaning. Not sure why we had to pay cash? Why is it not included with the Vrbo payments? There is no washing machine. A communal one is available 3 floors down in the basement of the next apartment block. Costs 3 euros to use - if it is available. To dry your clothes is another 3 euros. The view from the balcony is badly obscured by large potted bushes. There is only one sun lounger on the balcony. Not sure why they wouldn't provide 2 ? Mentions golf and ping pong table in the listing and also a dead bolt on the door. We didn't see any golf or ping pong and the dead bolt didn't lock from the inside. The concierge was very helpful to us but she is only available Mon - Fri from 10.00am to 1.00pm. There is no obvious help outwith these hours. There is no guest information provided in the apartment. There were many issues with the apartment itself. I've listed some below. You can ask the owner what she has done to rectify these issues, we're still waiting for a reply. Good luck with getting an answer as once you've paid your money she doesn't seem to want to talk to you. 1. The badly stained mattress. 2. The king size bed with 2 single size duvets on it. That lump in the middle of the bed is where the single duvets overlap. 3. 3 windows in the bedroom - 2 have blackout curtains - 1 without. We had to improvise bath towels for the 3rd window to block out the light to get some sleep. 4. Numerous stains on floors in bedroom, bathroom, shower tray and kitchen. 5. Owners stuff crammed into every drawer and cupboard. 6. Can't see properly through windows in bedroom. Badly worn on outside. 7. Bedroom ceiling badly cracked. There are many more things I could list but I have run out of space in the review box, We felt like we were staying in our old aunt's house with stuff crammed everywhere and tired out furniture. One of the worst we have stayed in. Terrible value for money. We will not be back.

Disappointing

Fabulous location and very clean apartment, however communication prior to arrival was difficult and zero information was provided upon arrival; I was left to work out where the apartment was in the complex which was a little confusing. The complex is beautifully placed and well maintained. So well maintained, that work commenced at 8 am each morning to drill off and renew the facade, including a cherry picker at my bedroom windows. The apartment is nice and private with a great balcony, although the fixtures and furnishings are somewhat tired. Overall a great location and complex, but the actual apartment is overpriced for what is provided.

Penthaus erwartet, verwohnte Etagenwohnung bekommen.

Kein Empfang. Penthaus stellte sich als verwohnte Etagenwohnung mit Balkon heraus. Einrichtung alt und unkomfortabel. Wir haben in der Anlage, die übrigens sehr schön ist, Wohnungen gesehen, die wesentlich gepflegter und besser eingerichtet waren und günstiger vermietet werden. Hier wird scheinbar mit geringen Mitteln, viel Geld verdient. Einzig die Betten und der Ausblick werden der Beschreibung gerecht, sind dadurch aber teuer bezahlt. Wir werden in diese Wohnung nicht wieder fahren.

Sejour agréable mais mauvaise foi du propriétaire

L'appartement est bien situé, agréable, calme avec une belle vue conforme à ce que j'attendais bien que l'équipement de la cuisine ait besoin d'être revu. Par contre la propriétaire n'est pas correcte : quand j'ai réservé j'ai fait une erreur de manipulation (en juillet) j'ai tout payé et demandé le remboursement du solde exigible en Nov. Cela n'a pas été fait. Pour le départ j'ai laissé l'appartement impeccable et 50 E pour laver les draps. Bien que cela soit interdit de prélever du ménage sur la caution la propriétaire ne me rembourse que E. 200 sur les 300 E prélevés. Son comportement a été malhonnète depuis le début. De plus la piscine n'est pas chauffée.

Great location - best sunny balcony

A very enjoyable week at this great apartment. Two good size bedrooms at the back of the property with views over the bay (and windsurfers) behind the apartment. A dinning area leading to a good size sitting room with access onto the sheltered balcony. Being on the top floor the balcony seemed to get more sun than others in the complex and should you wish some shade there was also a wind out awning. The balcony itself was sheltered from the regular wind and the views were great. It directly overlooks the complex pool and then out over the rocks to the ocean and the edge of the local little bay. The kitchen, although small, was well equipped and there are two separate toilets and a lovely shower. The apartment is on the top floor (best views and most private) and there is a lift!. The complex has quite a few lockable doors and we would suggest making sure you have 2 sets of keys (quickly provided when we asked). As well as having its own swimming pool the apartment block is within 50m of a great sheltered lagoon full of fish and great for snorkeling. This is a real plus for the island, as although lots of the beaches look lovely, a lot of them have potentially nasty currents (check before you swim) Very locally there is a choice of restaurants and bars to suit most tastes, a very local supermarket, and more within walking distance. Clothes shops, board and bike hire etc. Owner was great, keys waiting on arrival and quick to respond to messages and also did us a big favour on the last day (thank you).

Tolle Wohnung, nette Umgebung

Die Wohnung und der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Traum. Der Ort ist natürlich sehr touristisch und auf Engländer ausgelegt (Viele Pubs). Es gibt mehrere schöne Buchten, zum Schnorcheln, Wellenreiten, baden… Wir haben viel selber gekocht und hatten die ganze Zeit einen Mietwagen (Top Car) und die Insel erkundet. Der Check in war leider etwas holprig, aber letztendlich hat alle gut geklappt.

Schöne Anlage; in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage. Buchung, Kommunikation und Check-in liefen perfekt. Terasse und Blick auf das Meer sind sensationell. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und die Betten sind klasse. Keine Rückenkiller. Costa Teguise ist super geeignet für die Erkundung der Insel, bietet aber auch schöne Strände und Unterhaltung, wenn man sich nicht bewegen möchte. Uns hat nicht so gut gefallen, dass die Wohnung sehr voll mit persönlichen Gegenständen der Eigentümer ist. Weniger wäre hier nach unserer Auffassung mehr. Es wirkt etwas beklemmend, wenn man den Eindruck hat, dass man mitten im Leben von anderen Menschen lebt. Grundsätzlich könnte die Wohnung etwas Renovierung vertragen. Das soll aber nicht den positiven Gesamteindruck verdrängen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Très bon emplacement, appartement agréable

Positifs: chambres spacieuses et lits confortables avec rangements, petit balcon ensoleillé l’après-midi et à l’abri du vent, plage super pour le snorkling, la natation et prendre le soleil disposant d’une douche, supérette à 100m ouverte jusqu’à 23 hrs! Les moins : cuisine très petite et sans micro onde, résidence un peu ancienne mais bien entretenue/ propre, lave-linge ( 5 euros) dans un autre bâtiment Remarque : Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine ( trop froide la première semaine et en travaux la deuxième)

The perfect view

Very nice apartment. Helpful hosts quick to answer any question. Comfortable beds with loads of storage in the bedrooms . The best bit is the outside space which gets the sun from late morning to evening and is sheltered from the wind. Lovely view out to sea with palm trees waving in the wind as the sound of the waves on the rocks soothes the soul. Very relaxing. Costa Teguise very quiet in March but the square -the Pueblo Marinero - lively most evenings and the Dona Lola restaurant next to the apartment particularly nice for a lazy lunch with a view.

Toller Ausblick

Die Anlage liegt auf einer Landzunge, so dass man aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster den Sonnenaufgang sehen kann und auf der anderen Seite von der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung liegt windgeschützt im Winkel des Hauses, was sehr angenehm ist, da der Wind in dieser Gegend sehr stark sein kann. Sie ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man im Urlaub braucht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der wunderschöne Pool im Innenhof war allerdings eiskalt, so dass niemand darin baden konnte. An der Küste entlang kann man vom Haus aus auf einer kilometerlangen Strandpromenade wundervolle Spaziergänge machen oder joggen. In Laufweite gibt es viele Geschäfte und unzählige Restaurants für jeden Geschmack, wobei der Ort ausschließlich auf den touristischen Bedarf aufgerichtet ist, allerdings sehr angenehm und hübsch gestaltet. Ruhige Atmosphäre, nichts fürs Partyvolk. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und vertrauensvoll, ich kann die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

perfekte Wohnung am perfekten Platz!

Wunderbares Appartment mit dem besten Balkon-Blick aller Zeiten! Die geräumige Wohnung bietet (von der Waschmaschine mal abgesehen, da gibt es eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Nachbarhaus, für die man an der Rezeption Münzen kaufen kann, oder einen Wäscheservice, der sich ebenfalls an der Rezeption beauftragen lässt...) alles, was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Tauchcenter sowie der kleine Supermarkt sind nur kurz die Strasse runter, und wer aus dem Gartenausgang zur Promenade geht, steht am besten aller Strände, der für Groß und Klein alles bietet, was man braucht. Grandioser Urlaub,- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
