I welcome you in my 25 square meters apartment with GARDEN located near the Marine Lake Port d'Albret. You will stay 8 minutes from the "Plage du Lac" which is ideal for a day in the sun and for a picnic. The accommodation is very well adapted for a tourist stay with friends or family and ready to receive 4 persons.

## Logement
The apartment has a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed and television, and a garden that will be very appreciated in summer.

The Lac Marin Port d'Albret is only 3 minutes away from the house and is a must-see place in the region to spend a unique day with friends or family. It is one of the jewels of the region with its exceptional natural setting. In the middle of this lake, a small wild island allows you to play Robinson Crusoe with the children: you can move quietly in stand-up paddle or pedal boat. In a calm and limpid water, you will be able to bathe without risk or to rent a boat to join the sumptuous "Beach of Soustons".
To discover the lake in a different way, you can go for a bicycle ride all around on the cycle track of about 5 km specially fitted out. You can also go around it quietly on foot and admire this very rich natural heritage.

I also suggest you not to miss the Villa Gayrou (4 min walk) which also opens its doors on a multitude of activities: Cycling, Hiking, Fishing, Tennis, Minigolf, Horseback riding...

## Emplacement
