Come enjoy our delightfully beautiful 3-bedroom, one full bathroom house! Our property is located less than three minutes from Mississippi Valley State University, and just around the corner from Capricorn's Internet Cafe. It's an ideal place for someone visiting the area who is attending events on campus, etc. The home is full of Southern charm that is accented by modern features and appliances. The beds are all plush and comfortable.

Best and affordable place to stay in Itta bena

Nice & clean property. Easy to access and the owner communicated well and everything went perfect. Everytime i come down to the delta ill always book this home!!

The property was exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood. Very tidy and full of amenties. Smelled great. Suited needs perfectly (overnight stay to visit Mississippi Valley State -4 min away). Christopher was an excellent host and was very responsive. I would recommend this property and book again if I visited the area.

I read the reviews and saw the ratings, so I was excited to stay here . However , when driving up to the property, the area is run down , dirty , nothing around to do or shop . Looked like if we got out we would be mugged , so we just kept on driving without stopping . We unfortunately found out why it was not refundable. Positives are that the house from the outside is 100 times nicer then the surrounding area and the host did communicate very well, but would not refund any of our money saying he understands the situation but the policy stands.

Cute house- great for a bigger family!

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s house, worked perfectly for us while visiting the area. This place is centrally located to both BB King’s museum and the Museum of the Delta in Greenwood. Christopher was very quick to respond to our minor questions. Definitely recommend!
