Lots of options available. Uncrowded beach very close-by for walking, etc.. Exceptional ocean view and Ocean Village view from Condo. Safe community. Kind, down to earth property owner that was quick to respond with our inquiries. A fun and relaxing place to stay!

Terrific Vacation Condo

This was our first time in Fort Pierce and won't be our last. Ocean Village has much to do and the surrounding area has lots of restaurants and attractions. Lots of walking and biking options. The condo was spacious, well equipped, and has amazing views. Jill was a great host that communicated well ahead of time and responded quickly when needed. We hope to get back soon!

Fantastic Time at Ocean Village!

We had a wonderful time in Seascape! The condo was so spacious with two balconies - both with amazing views! We loved having coffee on the front balcony, watching the waves and spinners. We walked on the beach nearly every day and enjoyed the wonderful pool and hot tub. We golfed and even learned to play pickle ball! It was great having bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and even golf clubs to borrow from the unit. We can’t wait to return! We feel so lucky to have had such a wonderful home to enjoy our vacation!

A perfect place!

We loved this place soo much when we were here last year that we just had to come back again this year, and thanks to the owners Jill & Matt it all worked out. The condo is beautiful and spacious and the view is to die for! We´ve enjoyed golf, basket, tennis and ofcourse the pool area and the beach. Two weeks is not enough at this place so next time, and I promise it will be a next time, we would like to stay at least 3 weeks. Wonderful resort and beach

Condo is very comfortable, not deluxe, but the amenities are wonderful, uncrowded beach, gym and numerous pools. Also tennis, bocci ball, shuffleboard. The owner was very quick to handle minor issues. We very much enjoyed our month stay and hope to return.

Amazing Ocean View!

WHAT A VIEW! Jill and Matt’s 9th floor condo looks out over the mesmerizing ocean from 2 lanais and the great room. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed to cook our meals during our month-long stay. The beds were comfortable which is always important to us when we travel. This resort has the address of Ft. Pierce but is located over the bridge on Hutchinson Island. The beach is private and long and just a few steps from the condo building. We walked from the beach entrance heading north about 2 miles to the Ft. Pierce inlet and at least another 2 miles from the beach entrance area to the south. Jill and Matt have bikes available, beach chairs, umbrellas, golf clubs, etc. and a variety of water “toys”. There is a restaurant within the resort, but we didn’t take the opportunity to visit. The residents we talked with over our month stay were friendly, lovely people and that added to our experience. Jill and Matt were great to work with and were at the ready to answer questions and offer suggestions. If you enjoy an active (but not busy) resort community with all the amenities and miles of very private beach available I would recommend this condo!

Absolutely perfect location. The apartment is very large and each bedroom has it's own bathroom and are on opposite sides of the apartment, which worked perfect when our son and his family came to visit over the holidays. Everyone had their own space when needed. The view of the ocean from the 9th. floor is beautiful with two screened in patios for reading and meals. The ocean is less then a football field to walk to the waters edge. Two of the three heated pools are no more then a few steps from the building entrance and the main pool is just a short stroll. Hutchinson Island is not as crowded as some of the other islands, a traffic jam would be about five cars yet there's enough fun restaurants on the island, or you can go off island to the mainland, no toll bridges. We went for walks along Ocean Drive almost every day and it was quite lovely. If your looking for a quiet, relaxing time, this would be a great place to consider.

Another wonderful Hutchinson Island get-away

I have stayed at this lovely oceanfront condo several times now, and once again, it did not disappoint. The unit is so comfortable and well-appointed and the views from every room are amazing. When not eating out at the many very good local restaurants, we enjoyed having nearly every meal on the ocean front balconies. As usual, the beaches were clean and uncrowded and there were plenty of on-site activities to keep us occupied (including golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming and a well-equipped gym). This place is starting to feel like a home away from home and we hope to visit again soon. The owners are lovely people and it has been a pleasure renting from them over the years.

The condo had amazing views and was very comfortable. We felt at home right away.

We loved our stay in Ocean Village. There is so much to do there and Jill's garage was full of toys to help us enjoy our stay. There were bikes, roller blades, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards just to name a few. Seascape came with its own private pool for the residents of the 3 Seascape buildings which was never crowded and lovely. But if we wanted a change we could also go to any of the other pools in the complex. The beach was also beautiful and never crowded. We loved our stay and can't wait to return again!!

Great vacation in a wonderful location

We've had a great vacation in Jill's condo and in Ocean Village Resort. The booking process was efficient even from Germany. Jill has asked well in advance if we would have any special wishes. So she povided us with a basektball for our kids. The condo is spacious, nicely and functional furnished and has a phantastic ocean view from balconies. Ocean Village is ver well maintained and offers a lot of sports oportunities, several pools and great beach. The whole family - 2 adults and our sons 22 and 25 - was all around very satisfied and we will surely come back!

An OUTSTANDING vacation choice

We stayed in the condo in February, 2014 for the first time after several prolonged trips to Florida in prior years seeking a comfortable, reasonably tranquil and well-equipped accommodation. A recently retired couple, we were a bit apprehensive about reserving accommodation, unseen, over the internet. We have traveled extensively and have had places turn out to be not "as advertised". No such worry here - it turned out to be a great experience as Jill was very helpful from the start and throughout. She and Matt are very busy people but they were both extremely responsive and caring about us and the quality of our stay. The condo is exactly as portrayed - even better - very spacious, very well appointed and comprehensively equipped to make any stay - family, couple, couples - hugely enjoyable. The descriptions of the location and the condo in the previous recent reviews are totally accurate and I needn't repeat the accolades. (Check the Owner responses if you want to see how concerned and attentive the Feehans are for their clients. You could not find better!) The location is also great for cycling, jogging and has an excellent work-out centre. The restaurant is a superb gathering place for dinner and/or drinks and while the big pool at the tiki bar is fun, guests in this building can also use the more private pool in the building next to the beach. Golf, tennis and beach sites are all unparalleled for access and freedom from frenzy and crowding. The entire complex is SO relaxing!! We walked in complete safety for miles most mornings in the area surrounding the resort and enjoyed meals at a number of excellent restaurants, all available in walking distance if you like a bit of exercise. There are all sorts of museums, an excellent weekly market, great fishing and lots of interesting local history to root through. This is a high-end destination with every amenity. We are delighted to be returning in February 2016 and hope to continue to do so in future years.

Our week in paradise! We will be sure to return!

This rental experience was amazing! The condo offered the best of both worlds...both comfortable outdoor and indoor living space! Not only was it very spacious and well organized but it was such a convenient location into town! The views from the outdoor patios were by far my absolute favirote! I really enjoyed the amenities the complex offered as well. I was so impressed with how private the beach is! We felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves during our stay :) The owner provided excellent service and I would highly recommend this rental to my family and friends! We loved Archies resturant right down the road...a must if you love good food, and a fun beachy ambiance :)

Everything you need for a great vacation!

Our family including two grown children and one teen stayed at the condo of Christmas. The reservation process was very straightforward and the owners quickly responded to our questions. The condo is very inviting and spacious. The family room is bright and large with comfortable sofas. The beds and the bedding were high quality. There are two balconies with fantastic views of the ocean and resort. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining. This is a great condo for families with young, teen, or adult children. With that said, it would also be a great getaway for a couple. The condo is in a gated community that is well manicured. We have stayed at hotels in the past in the area. Never again. This was a much better option for our family. The condo is in a great location - an easy walk to the beach. It overlooks a pool. We played golf on the local par 3 course. The kids played tennis and enjoyed swimming in the pool and the ocean. The beach was nice with no crowds. It was by far the best visit we have had to the area.

A wonderful and relaxing return visit.

This was the second time that I was lucky enough to spend a week at this amazing vacation home and it could not have been more perfect! The owners are so helpful and friendly - it has been such a pleasure dealing with Jill. The unit is terrific - the views from every room are fabulous and my sister and I spent countless hours on the patios reading, enjoying coffee and having meals. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and it is very well-appointed and well stocked. The community amenities are really great - we love the (heated) satellite pool, hot tub and sauna, as well as the many tennis and pickle ball courts and the golf course. The beach was beautiful and never crowded and the ocean was still warm during our late October visit and the water was a beautiful green/blue - almost like the Caribbean. The locals and other visitors were, without exception, friendly and gracious, as were the community employees. The only complaint that I have about the whole trip is that the time went by too quickly. I am already plotting my return trip! Thanks again, Jill and Matt, for allowing me to spend another holiday in your little slice of heaven.

Perfect vacation at Ocean Village

We had a perfect vacation at this great condo. It's is well equipped, very clean and has great views. The beach was never crowded and we had the pool for ourselves most of the times. Our son (12 years) really enjoyed the skimt and boogie boards available in the garage. Jill was very helpfull and made the whole booking process easy and nice. Thank's to Jill and Matt for letting us rent this wonderfuld condo. We hope to come back one day!

Looking forward to our 6th visit!!

This condo is clean, well-furnished, well-equipped, and wonderfully spacious. We are returning in a few months for our sixth return visit. It is ideally set up for us, traveling as 2 couples, with good-sized en suite bedrooms on opposite sides of the really large living/dining space. All rooms have good views and the two patios, each with great views, allow for some private time when we want it. The complex has a host of amenities and a very friendly vibe. Above all, we have always found the owners of this condo to be accommodating and responsive.

Awesome family friendly fun!

Are condo was nice and clean. Wonderful views of the ocean. There was a nice golf course too. Several pools. Of course the beach was nice and private. Close to restaurants. We also cooked on the grill that was a nice night in by the pool. The condo felt spacious. We will be back again!

Wanderful views, excellent location

The condo is huge and has fantastic views! We were happy until the first night, when we woke up with lots of insects bites....The second night was even worse, all three of us were covered with insect bites. We believed this occurred in the bed. Hands and face were not bitten. We then moved out and informed the owner, who immediately took action. The pest controller came two days after and stated NO INSECTS at all inside the condo....The owner offered us to come back to the condo, but we obviously did not dare, having found in the meantime another place where we have not been bitten anymore. We have been told these awful itching bites might come from the so called "no see um flies", that are very small and trespass the window screens. We hoped the owner would be so kind to refund us at least some part of the rental costs, as we have left after only two days stay, but she did not agree, what makes us very sad. We have been six times in Florida in July yet and never had any problems with insects but the normal mosquitoes, which we "combat" with insect repellent. We never came to the idea to use repellents during night in the beds!! Perhaps this was our mistake. We very much hope for the owner, that all further tenants will not be bitten as we were! (we also went to the local hospital to get us examined. Doctors confirmed that were insect bites!.

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY

I have to agree with the previous reviews. This condo is spectacular. We have rented condos at Ocean Village for several years, but this was the best one by far. The views are wonderful. The condo was well equipped and very spacious. We had a group of five and never felt crowded. Jill was awesome to work with. Responses were quick and helpful. The location is great with only a few steps to two pools. It was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you Jill for a great vacation.

Beautifully appointed and fabulous views!

The owners have gone out of their way to make this condo comfortable, with all the comforts required to make guests feel welcome. Since the unit is on the 9th floor, the views are absolutely fabulous. There are two screened, furnished balconies-perfect for reading or daydreaming while the sound of the ocean lulls away stress. In addition to the terrific accommodations, the beach is lovely and there are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. Jill is great to work with and extremely helpful. Overall, could not have asked for a better holiday experience: great location, well-maintained and beautifully furnished, excellent customer service. Would recommend this unit without hesitation--couples or families. Just sorry we couldn't stay longer!

Fabulous in every way

I arranged this at exceptionally short notice with Jill, the owner. We had booked another condo (in another area) which was completely unacceptable to us and we literally booked this with Jill at 9pm the evening before we arrived! She could not have been more helpful and trusting towards us, and when we got there we were overwhelmed with the spaciousness of the condo and the views which are completely amazing. The condo is on the 9th floor and has a homely feel as soon as you enter. The main living area is very open with windows all around so that you feel surrounded by fabulous views of the ocean, the pool and then the river in the distance too. The condo is well equipped with everything you and your family could need for a relaxing time. The entire complex is very secure with gated entry and secure entry to the condo building, so you do feel very safe which is important. There are pools for each building in the complex and the main pool even has a tiki bar for food and drinks by the pool - this gives this part of the complex a large and luxurious hotel like feel. You really cannot go wrong with this condo, especially with the way that the owners truly do go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful time. Thank you Jill for allowing us to share your home for a while - I really would love to come back longer next time.

We began coming to Ocean Village with my father purchasing his condo in 1980. My husband and I have enjoyed Ocean Village for many years. With our having children and the realty market taking a dive; we were able to purchase our dream condo. We looked everywhere but no setting could match Ocean Village Resort.

Why they chose this property

Ocean Village Resort has 120 acres and is very private. The main pool with it's Tiki Bar is fun. The resort has it's own restaurant with wonderful ocean views. Our enclosed garage has many fun things available for our renters. We have basic beach supplies with lots of chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart to make it easy for families. But....Feehan equals Fun!!! We also have: skimboards, boogie boards, razor scooters, skateboards, beach bikes, fishing poles, tennis, golf clubs (adult and child), and much more.

What makes this property unique

We try to make it easy for couples, or families to get away. We have a binder filled with local places to go to eat, fun local events (farmer's market- Jensen Beach night), horseback riding, surfing, charter fishing, and more. We have had wonderful renters and I have enjoyed getting to know them. We have renters that are now coming back for their fourth vacation! This is such a compliment. If you read their reviews you will get a sense of what is is to stay at Seascape 4291. We really want you to enjoy your time:o)
