Feel good and relax in wonderful Naples! The villa is on one of the largest plots in the exclusive 'gated' Briarwood community. So you can sit in a private atmosphere on the large terrace by the pool and look over the adjacent lake.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. (A 'master bedroom' with a large en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds).

Large living room with TV / DVD. Large kitchen, open to the dining area.

The apartment is very bright and cozy. The pool is heated. Large terrace - ideal for breakfast in the sun or BBQ in the evening.

Internet / Wireless.

Washing machine and dryer

Garage.

Ideal location. Only 10 minutes drive from Old Naples, port, beach, golf, restaurants or shopping.

Relaxing in the sun

We really enjoyed the way the sun hit the pool, but you also had shade if you wanted it … nice walkable neighborhood. Short drive to the beach and quick access to 75. We had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely come back!

Real paradise in Naples

The house was an absolute gem. Perfect location in the cul-de-sac of the beautiful and safe gated community. House layout was one of the best we had seen, large and bright rooms, with everything one might need for the longer stays. Covered, heated and absolutely private pool with large patio was a big bonus. We really enjoyed our time here.

Tolles Haus mit Seeblick

Sehr schönes und perfekt geschnittenes Haus, gepflegt und sauber. Deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort vorhanden und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus befindet sich in der Gated Community "Briarwood", in der wir schon öfter waren. Das Haus ist exakt so, wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden (voll ausgestatteter Haushalt), bis hin Sonnenschirm und Strandstühlen. Absolut zu empfehlen, wir werden wiederkommen.

Briarwood ist eine gated angenehme Community.Leider werden sehr viele Häuser von den Snowbirds gemietet, sodass man sich wie in einem riesengrossen Hotel vorkommt.Es entstehen keine Kontakte.Das normale Alltagsleben findet man nicht.Wer ausspannen will und den Alltag vergessen will, ist hier richtig.

Schönes Haus in Superlage

Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Gated Community. Die Lage ist super, nicht weit zu Shops und Restaurants und Downtown Naples. Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal hier und werden wiederkommen.

Gepflegtes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist exakt so, wie die Fotos es zeigen. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Briarwood Community ist sicher und wird sehr gut in Ordnung gehalten, so dass man sich dort sehr wohl fühlt. Die Coastland Mall, diverse Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in 10- 15 Min. Autofahrt erreichbar. Der geheizte Pool war ein großes Plus, durch eine Abdeckung kühlte er nicht aus und hatte konstant 29 Grad. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen wieder.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Community mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick direkt an einem See. Das Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse war immer ein besonderes Vergnügen. Ebenso wie der schöne warme Pool, den alle sehr genossen haben. Das Haus ist individuell und gut ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Einzig Kabelfernsehen haben wir vermisst. Danke an unseren Vermieter, der immer ansprechbar war. Gerne wieder!

Perfect for relaxing!

With two young children, we had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is very well designed, with amenities for young kids. The pool was the most popular spot and safe for use by little ones. View from the pool is also great.

A fantastic vacation!

My husband and I both absolutely loved your immaculate home. The location was convenient for all we wanted to do, the lanai/pool was like a private oasis. Bikes in the garage an added bonus and what a beautiful and peaceful community! We hope to stay again one day soon. We added to your refreshments in the refrigerator as an extra thank you Tobias 😉!

Faultless and perfect house

Beautiful house In a fantastic gated community spacious rooms and big pool we have a toddler and they came and put up a safety barrier all the way across to make it completely safe you will want for nothing in this house they have thought of everything from a bose Bluetooth speaker to everything you would need for the beach and pool in the garage if your in any doubt don’t be ! Book it you will not regret ever staying in this amazing house !

The house is in a great location. We had a wonderful time. The only real problem was the television. There was no cable and we wanted to watch the NCAA tournament. Owner only had Apple TV which we could not get to work. Called the property manager to try and resolve the problem and she was absolutely no help whatsoever.

Hi, Everything was very nice and we had a great time in the house. The house was very spacious and nicer than how it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the sunrise by the pool for breakfast and the small gekkos and rabbits around the house was enjoyed by our two year old. We will hopefully be back someday Best regards Thomas and Hanne

Beautiful location!

We spent two weeks at this nice residence. It is located on a beautiful lakefront lot in the very safe and quiet Briarwood neighborhood, just minutes away from everything. The home is situated at the tip of a peninsula, so the water frontage is very wide and attracts many varieties of birds, which we enjoyed. We had complete privacy from neighbors on either side - in fact with the landscaping we couldn't even see their houses. Tobias was very accommodating and quick to answer questions via email, and the on-site house manager was extremely attentive and quick to answer/return our phone calls when we had questions. The kitchen had every utensil we needed, and there are plenty of bath towels and bedroom linens. The rooms are stylishly - but sparingly - furnished. We plan to return to Briarwood in the future.

Lovely comfortable property in a safe neighborhood

We found the property to be as described - it was a very comfortable place to stay, and convenient to downtown Naples. It is located in a gated community and was very safe to walk in at night. We were surprised that none of the other reviews mentioned the following: -- The property backs up onto a community lake, it is not sea side. -- The property is very near the Naples airport. We were very aware of air traffic (private and commercial) flying overhead, especially on the weekend. -- The owner does a good job of reminding guests, but there is an optional additional $100/wk charge for heating the swimming pool. This fee is not billed through VRBO but must be paid separately to the owner.

It is not "sea side", the reason it says that in the description is VRBOs automatic translation from the German description of "lake view". I cannot change that unfortunately, since I only have access to the German platform. Kind regards.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Seeblick in Naples

Im zweiten Jahr haben wir die traumhaft schöne Ferienvilla in Naples gebucht. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung, die sehr verkehrsgünstig zu allen Attraktionen in Naples ist. Auch die Interstate lässt sich in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Das Haus ist im Atrium-Stil gebaut und das Atrium ist zum Pool und See hin offen. Man ist abgeschieden und genießt einen tollen Blick. Die technische Ausstattung ist auf neustem Stand. Wir hatten in Florida schon Ferienhäuser gemietet, deren Klimaanlage nicht oder nur schlecht funktionierte. Nicht so in der Briarwood-Villa. Dieses Haus lässt sich in Minuten auf die gewünschte Temperatur kühlen und wird auch dort über eine moderne Steuerung gehalten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Drei Schlafzimmer gewähren Platz für ca. 6 Personen. Die Beschreibung des Vermieters ist zutreffend. Der Kontakt schnell und sehr freundlich. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Der Haus liegt wunderschön in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Durch die großen Panoramafenster hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den See. Das Haus ist schön und funktional eingerichtet und lässt keinen Wunsch bis auf den fehlenden Kabelanschluss offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Naples

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Naples vorgefunden. Die Lage ist zentral, gute Anbindung an die US-41 und die I-75. Das Haus bietet eine komplette und hochwertige Ausstattung. Die Lage an einem See ist herausragend schön. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und den Hausverwaltern ist unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Das Haus wird auch von deutschsprechenden Betreuern vor Ort verwaltet. Wir werden nächstes Jahr das Haus wieder buchen.

Tolle Ferien in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Wir haben 14 sehr schöne Tage in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen und haben die Zeit dort nach allen Regeln genossen. Alles ist so gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es mangelt einfach an Nichts! Sogar Kühlboxen, Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle und Sandspielzeug sind vorhanden! Man merkt, dass sich Jemand viel Gedanken und Mühe gemacht hat um es den Mietern dort so angenehm und komfortabel wie nur möglich zu machen! Alles ist sauber und perfekt in Stand gehalten! Ein Highlight ist die riesen Dusche im Masterbathroom, wo man beim Duschen oben aus den Fenstern auf den See blicken kann. Der große Pool mit ebenfalls Blick auf den See ist ein weiteres Highlight des Hauses. Briarwood ist eine sehr gepflegte und überwachte Anlage mit Tennisplätzen und Gemeinschaftspool. In dem Ferienhaus kann man gleichzeitig seine Ruhe genießen und/ oder in der Nähe zum Einkaufen fahren. Zum Supermarkt sind es keine 5 Minuten. Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit weg. Die Lage ist perfekt! Die schönsten Strände von Naples erreicht man in ca.10 min. Ein kleiner Tipp: Parken am Strand kostet die Stunde 2,50 $. Man bekommt in der Naples City Hall einen Beach-Sticker für 50 $, der ein Jahr gültig ist. Mit diesem Beachsticker kann man dann kostenlos an den Stränden rund um Naples parken!!! Toller Kontakt zu dem Vermieter und den Verwaltern vor Ort. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder die Zeit finden, um in diesem ausgesprochen tollen Haus unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.
