The Space:
Beautiful studio located in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, between Saint Sulpice church and Deux Magot, in an authentic Parisian neighborhood.
Spacious, functional and completely refurbished studio! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, as a couple or on business.

The accommodation has a queen-size bed for two people with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with TV and WIFI access.

On entering the apartment you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- 1 queen-size double bed (160 by 200),

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
