Everything you need in a true slice of heaven. Incredibly relaxing and 3 bedroom/3 bath condo located on the no drive beach of New Smyrna-provides all the comforts of home and then some. Combine that with being truly oceanfront means a holiday experience that can not be replicated anywhere. Condo was inspired to be a place to escape the real world. When you arrive you will simply exhale and immediately feel rejuvenated. Each morning watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean from the Master, Living Room or Balcony. Each evening watch the sunset over the intercoastal from the front balcony. This is the definition of luxury and paradise combined.

Host was wonderful. Condo was soooo well stocked. We had beach chairs and sunblock and spices. We even had candles and lights when lost electricity. The place is beautiful - perfect for our family of 6. You could throw a stone into the ocean from the balcony. Nice beach. We loved our stay.

Great communication from the host, beautiful condo with everything we needed. I loved there were plenty of towels and a great selection of puzzles and games. The beds were very comfortable and I loved waking up hearing and seeing the ocean every morning!

We had an excellent stay at this beach condo! Really great location, quiet beach, a bit away from the business of “downtown.” It is a really excellent location if you are coming with kids or enjoy basketball, tennis, or pickleball as there is a park less than a block away. The park is also a great place to watch dolphins and birds on the river side. The condo itself was really well stocked with anything you might need and the owners had great communication.

It was a perfect place to stay and met all our expectations. If there was one thing I would adjust it would be the seating on the balcony. As seniors the high rise chairs are a bit difficult. A table with regular chairs where you could enjoy a cup a coffee and surf online would of suited us better.

Perfect girls weekend with my 86 year old Mother, and family! The views were incredible, direct oceanfront, and it was very private. We loved walking the beach further south towards the Canaveral National Seashore during low tide. The condo was fully stocked, exceptionally clean and our hosts were very quick to respond when needed. We liked trying these area restaurants: JB's Fish Camp, Mi Mexico, & Boston Fish House! We will definitely be back!

This property is pristine and updated and right on the beach. There is no driving on this end of New Smyrna Beach which means you can take long beach walks all day long! There is no stone unturned to make your stay feel luxurious and stress free. We are in walking distance of natural wild life, parks and option to kayak or paddle board too! Delicious food is just down the road should you want to leave this sancturary.
