Great holiday.

Amazing villa, lots of space for us all both inside and outside. Stunning views, even from the pool, sea or mountains. Well equipped kitchen and large gas bbq. Very pretty local village, beach and restaurants all in walking distance. Patrick was very helpful.

Super nice house, very spacious and with a stunning view overlooking the bay of Algajola. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Big BBQ grill and equipment. Patrick welcomed us warmly and gave good advice. Sufficient space for 13 people. 500m walking distance to beach.

Villa magnifique ! Tout est fait pour le nombre d occupants annoncés, tant en terme de couchage que des éléments mis à disposition (ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle…) tout est dimensionné. Nous étions 15 et avons eu la possibilité de déjeuner ou dîner tous ensemble.Accueil de qualité effectué par Patrick qui s est montré disponible et d une gentillesse exceptionnelle durant tout notre séjour.Site magnifique, belle plage et situation idéale pour des randonnées et découverte de la Balagne.En résumé, si la perfection n existe dans aucun domaine, je peux dire que pour ce qui est des locations saisonnières en ce qui concerne cette villa nous en sommes très près !Séjour juste fantastique et mémorable avec encore un grand merci à Gilles et Patrick.Jean Antoine

Superbe emplacement et villa totalement aménagée et conçue pour permettre de passer des vacances fantastiques. Séjour à 14 personnes où chacun trouve son espace, les équipements sont en nombre et de qualité. L'accueil du gérant Patrick est très appréciable avec de très bons conseils et une grande disponibilité. Merci à lui ! On repart tous avec des souvenirs splendides.

Algajola super, Haus ok, aber Vermieter erhebt nicht vereinbarte Gebühren

Der Ort Algajola ist sehr schön. Er bietet Strand, Restaurants und einen Bahnhof - als Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Ortes. Der Blick ist schön. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool. Das Erdgeschoss ist hübsch eingerichtet und gemütlich. Viele Schlafräume sind im Untergeschoss und um diese zu erreichen, läuft man (täglich) durch Gerümpel und zT durch die Garage. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer selbst sind in Ordnung. Elektrische Anlagen im Haus funktionierten bei uns bei Ankunft zT nicht, sodass wir erst kein warmes Wasser hatten. In der Küche konnten wir einige Sachen während des gesamten Urlaubs nicht nutzen. Verwalter nicht erreichbar. Der Pool hat eine Heizung, auch die funktionierte zu Anfang nicht, aber später ja. Die Sauberkeit ist, besonders durch die Gerümpel-Ecken, kein hoher Standard. In vielen Ecken wurde nicht geputzt. Handtücher, Seife und WC-Papier war nicht ausreichend zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter hat uns immer französisch geantwortet, obwohl wir auf englisch geschrieben haben. Bei Ankunft wurden von uns 500 Euro genommen, die wir als Kaution üblich empfanden. Bei Abreise wurde uns diese nicht erstattet, da es sich angeblich um eine Service-Gebühr handelt. Also Achtung: Der Mietpreis, der auf FeWo angegeben ist, ist nicht korrekt und wird durch den Vermieter auf fragwürdige Weise erhöht. Das war für uns eine böse Überraschung und hat uns sehr auf die Urlaubslaune gedrückt, zumal der "Service" mehr als schlecht war.

La villa a besoin d’amour

Nous étions 11 de notre famille. Villa bien équipée, grande terrasse, spacieuse et magnifique, bien située . Cependant, nous aurions aimé que la climatisation fonctionne à notre arrivée ( la température intérieure était 32 degrés) et la piscine était sale avec des algues, papier hygiénique absent dans plusieurs salle de bain. Climatisation de 3 chambres inefficace, impossible de réduire à moins de 27 degrés. Problème de vermines qui ont mangé les fils du wifi selon technicien Orange venu les réparer. Tuyau renvoi d’eau de l’évier de cuisine coule et non réparé malgré l’intervention de Patrick. Laveuse à linge du sous-sol coule abondamment. Climatisation sous-sol coule depuis longtemps selon l’état du gypse et des tablettes d’armoire. D’ailleurs les filtres sont encrassés. Du sous-sol émane une odeur d’humidité et de moisissures. Un peu d’amour et nous coterions 5.

Très grande et belle double villa dans la nature.

Exceptionnelle. Equipement parfait, tout est à votre disposition. Accueil très sympathique et en confiance. Bien loin du bruit et la foule, 2 ou 3 maisons voisines bien cachées dans verdure, le maquis derrière et sur le cote. En fait c’est 2 villas car tout est en double. On reviendrait bien mais un peu cher si on est moins de 16 (on n’a pas utilisé 2 chambres et deuxième cuisine).

Très bonne expérience

Une maison très vaste, très bien équipée (barbecue de compétition, cuisine complète, 2 lave linges, 2 sèche linge, 3 frigos…), très bien pensée avec une vue à 180 degrés sur la baie d’Algajola. Chacun dispose de son espace et de sa salle de bain, parfait pour des vacances à plusieurs. Pas de risques pour les jeunes enfants puisque la piscine est fermée par un portail. Patrick (contact sur place) est tres serviable. Rien à redire, maison au top pour les vacances.
