Beautiful white sandy beaches, emerald green ocean water, private swimming pool, great shopping and fantastic restaurants...what more can you ask for? Come stay at Coral Rose and experience an unforgettable vacation that you will want to repeat year after year. Sitting on the north side of scenic County Road 30-A you will be facing the beautiful water and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We are located in between two public beach accesses; 200 yards in either direction. We are just a bike ride away from the beautiful towns of Rosemary Beach and Seaside Beach.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this beautifully decorated house sleeps 10 comfortably. From the moment you pull up you will know you're in for a real treat. Pull open the blinds, let the sea wind blow through your hair and enjoy the breath taking ocean view from either the lower level kitchen balcony or the second floor front bedroom balcony. Either way these balconies will quickly become your favorite place for early morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Coral Rose also offers a private pool perfect for swimming, laying out or a quick dip after returning from the beach, which is merely a short walk across the street. For those traveling with young children, grandparents or sun shy vacationers the pool area also offers a large overhang perfect for participating in activities without soaking up the sun. Complete with charcoal grill and picnic table this is a fabulous area for outdoor dining.

Coral Rose is conveniently located between Destin and Panama City Beach. With Grayton Beach, Seaside, Water Colors, Water Sound and Rosemary Beach only short walks, bike rides, or drives away. During your stay at Coral Rose you will be surrounded by amazing restaurants that offer the freshest seafood straight from the Gulf. You can choose from casual to fine dining depending on your mood or visit one of the many fresh seafood markets to cook at home. With Coral Rose being located between Destin and Panama City Beach you have your choice of either shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall or the new Pier Park. Silver Sands offers many name brand stores with great outlet prices, while Pier Park offers name brands and unique locally owned stores. Pier Park also offers a variety of restaurants from Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville to The Hofbrao House, Reggae J's, The Back Porch and many many more.

Fantastic property

This location was perfect for our family with kids. So close to a great beach and shopping. It was very clean and well kept. We loved it!

Nice place to vacation

Our entire family enjoyed staying at Coral Rose. There was plenty of room for everyone. With two close beach access points within minutes of walking we were easily able to go back and forth from the beach to the pool each day. We love visiting this area, and hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the mattresses need to be updated they were extremely hard, thankfully we were so exhausted that when we did go to bed we slept well but the mattresses are really hard

Great Beach House and a Great Location

We loved our stay at Coral Rose. The house was perfect for our family and our friends (4 adults and 4 kids total). Loved having access to the beach as well as a private pool. Enjoyed riding our bikes to Rosemary Beach. Very clean and family friendly. Planning on visiting it again!!

Wonderful Vacation!

My husband, our 8 month old and I stayed at this property and it was perfect. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony's and being able to hear the waves crashing. The extremely short walk to the beach was a huge bonus. The pool was perfect for cooling down after being at the beach. I will say the house is a little dated but that was not an issue for us, just so others are aware. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and very close to the beach.

Only issues we had were the ants and bees near the pool. Other than that Tuesday was great. The staff was nice, the house had lots of kitchen equipment and lots of towels! We had plenty of space for our party of 9 + baby. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great house, perfect beach theme, excellent location

We had a wonderful week stay at Coral Rose. The house was the perfect size and was in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach and all amenities. The pool was great, but could have been a little cleaner. The construction next door was annoying and forced us away from the house for two full days due to the noise. Other than that, we had a great time!

Great place... Great time!

We had such a great time at Coral Rose. We were perfectly located in between everything from food, shopping and any activity you could desire. In addition to having our own pool we were across the street from the ocean. The best of both worlds! We ended the nights sitting on our porch listening to the waves hit the sandy shores. Just writing this brings back the memories and makes me all happy inside again :-) I hope to visit again soon! Thank you for making this possible Coral Rose!!

Great house but it could be cleaned a little bette.r

Overall the house was exactly how described. The cleaning crew could have cleaned a little better. There was sand in the bathrooms and kitchen floor. I had to clean the toilets, bathroom sinks, and showers. Overall we had a wonderful time at the house. Will definitely return.

House needs some updating. Stairs inside are extremely outdated and dangerous. Cabinets in kitchen hard to reach. Two of the showers are very extremely small.

Perfect, perfect beach house for our family of 6

Just got back from our stay at Coral Rose and we are already hoping we can revisit next year. My husband and I and our 4 kids, ages 7 thru 15, absolutely loved it. The proximity to the gorgeous beach and having our own pool was fantastic. We had never visited the pandhandle before and found this beach to be every bit as beautiful as Siesta key without the crowds. This property is located in between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. There is a wide bike path just across the streets. Our boys rented bikes and they were determined to try as many different donut places between Seaside and rosemary beach that they could. We had a small issue with our pool heater and it took a little longer than we had hoped for for the rental agency to resolve it, but it ended up getting fixed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect week at the beach.

Great Family Getaway

Overall the house was great. It was perfect for my family of 2 boys and my parents and husband. The location was perfect...about 100 yards east or west. The beds and pillows were a little hard but I love a super fluffy pillow and bed. We did ask for the pool to be cleaned on a Wednesday evening and unfortunately it was never cleaned before we left Saturday morning. But those are my only complaints. We had plenty of space, good cooking supplies. Make sure to bring or buy every ingredient you’ll need. They don’t keep stock in those but I personally would rather have fresh items anyway. I would definitely recommend this place! We biked 1 mile to The Hub most afternoons for lunch and then 2.1 miles to Seacrest for ice cream or dinner. Thank you for a lovely vacay!!

Several roaches were found. Reached out to property owner and they someone would come spray. No one ever showed up to spray I bought roach spray myself and had to wash all dishes before use. The dishwasher didn’t do a very good cleaning. While having dinner in the house 2 roaches crawled across kitchen table. At that point half of my party packed up and went to stay at a hotel down the road. The vacation was not only an embarrassment at that point but was totally ruined because half my family was disgusted and left due to the roaches

Great experience

Overall 5/5 stars. People were at the property quite frequently to do maintenence and other projects, but they were friendly and we never noticed them really. Great location.

Started off rocky, but ended up ok.

Our family chose this location due to its proximity to the beach and private pool. Our first impression was not great. The pool was absolutely filthy- it was green, cloudy and had trash and sand at the bottom. The exterior near the driveway/parking area had cigarette butts, egg shells and fake finger nails. This is unacceptable for a 4pm check-in. The property manager did have someone come clean the pool the next day but they did not clean up the sand or trash inside the pool so they had to come the following day as well. So, it was about a day and a half before we could really use it. The interior was clean. They provide lots of towels which is nice. There is only one AC unit for the house, so the upstairs is a bit hot. They do provide plug in box fans for the upstairs. The public access to the beach is very close. They property manager gave me the incorrect information for beach service so I had to do my own investigation on who serviced that area. This property is on the 30A strip, so it is noisy if you sit on the front porch. Overall, the trip was good, but likely would not choose this property again.

Excellent location

Perfectly situated between Rosemary Beach and Seaside with a short walk to the beach, the location could not have been much better. The house was far enough back from the main road that traffic noise was minimal. Private pool was a big plus and a reason we initially selected this property. The property is older than many of the neighboring properties that are newly constructed or renovated. Only complaint, and it’s minor, was we noticed several wasp/hornet nests on the porch and notified the property manager. A maintenance man was promptly sent our way but rather than taking care of the problem, a can of spray was left on the stairs. It’s a tiny lift and the response time was great, but I’m on vacation and shouldn’t be responsible for the maintenance of the property. In any event, we’d gladly book this property again in the future.

Very relaxing. The home definitely needs updating. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

Mattresses need changed. Kitchen cabinet repairs neeed. The HVAC system is insufficient for the home. The upstairs is very hot. The water bugs were excessive. I appreciated the location to the beach access and the personal pool.

Our vacation to SeaGrove was wonderful! Coral Roase accomodated our family of 5 children and 4 adults perfectly. The ocean view was beautiful and the short walk to the beach was very easy and safe. We found the kitchen supplied with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was very good. I will recommend this vacation home to my friends and family and hope to return myself.

We had a wonderful week a...

We had a wonderful week at Coral Rose! The private pool was awesome and I spent many days lounging on the front deck in the hammock reading. We love our week and look forward to going back to Coral Rose in the future.
