Beautiful home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on a private beach.
Short walk to the beach and beautiful water views from almost every room. Two large decks to enjoy the sea breeze. 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms +2 outdoor showers.
75" TV with cable downstairs + 55" TV upstairs, wifi. One room has a built-in desk if you need to work from here.
Well-stocked kitchen with commercial ice maker and beverage fridge. Community pool in the bay side of the neighborhood (7 min walking)
The space
Plenty of natural light through the house with built-in window seats in some bedrooms.
Guest access
Guests have access to all of the house except for owner’s closet and owner’s storage in the ground floor. Beach chairs and umbrellas are for you to enjoy. The house is equipped with a cargo lift available for an extra fee - please inquire.
The Beach access is at the end of our street 2 min walk (~700 feet) from our house.
If you have a small/medium pet you want to bring with you let us know, we will like to hear more and see if our house is a good match for your pet.

2 security cameras in front of the house that is intended to capture parking area and entry of the house.
Ring doorbell on the ground floor by the entry. Active for security reasons.

Family getaway
I have stayed at many VRBOs and I would definitely say this is the very best from comfort, location, communication with Karla to home with everything you possibly would need. Plenty room for all the family. Highly recommend.

Luxurious and easy
This house has it all-great design, decor and amenities. The owner was so easy to work with and even helped us manage through a tropical storm. Anyone staying here will definitely feel relaxed and pampered.

AMAZING!!
This is a gorgeous house with the perfect location. The owner provides many amenities, including everything needed for the perfect beach day. Even though it is a little farther from town, the beach is so much nicer in this area and is worth the extra driving time. We hope to visit again next summer and recommend others do the same!

Our Family Vacation Together
We were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of this beautiful house. It was spacious and open. Our family enjoyed staying here. The walk to the beach was minimal and we drove one of our vehicles to the public access to unload the tents and chairs. Weather cooperated- beautiful weather! The only minor issue were the mosquitoes-too many!!

We had an amazing time at this property! It is clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are Very comfortable. There's every amenity you can imagine Available if you've forgotten something they are sure to have it. It has wonderful vibes and it was a great way to bring in the New Year! Only downside is that you cannot do fireworks On the beach. But I can live without!

Spacious home and wonderful hosts
My family and I had a great time staying at this home. The home itself was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed and could possibly want to make our stay here as great as it was. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms (a super plus), big kitchen and living area to hang out in, the 2 showers downstairs (nice touch having shampoo/conditioner/soap in both of them), the ice maker (my personnel favorite-it was so nice not to run into town for ice), the hammock upstairs (loved the breeze and view), the closeness to the beach, the peaceful neighborhood, the list goes on and on. We lacked for nothing. We did have a mechanical problem during our stay, but the hosts were right on top of things and would not rest until the problem was solve. They truly went out of their way (at their own expense and time) to make sure we were taken care of. We truly appreciated the hosts' attentiveness to details, their open and quick communication and their quickness in taking care of the problem we had. We highly recommend this property with these hosts.

Great Beach Getaway
The house and the home decor is really nice. The owner was truly one of the best hosts I've had in 10 years. She really cares about the property and your stay. I really liked the placement of the house in relation to the beach. You get a nice view of the beach from multiple angles. If you are lucky enough to stay here I highly recommend it.

Perfection
Everything was perfect! The house is gorgeous, spacious, well stocked with amenities, and in a wonderful location! The owners have gone above and beyond to make this place super comfy, easy to navigate, and high class. There was even a lift for our luggage so we didn’t have to carry stuff all the stairs. And every bed is super comfortable. We loved how the house was laid out, and the views are pretty from everything room. The remote controls for the rooms lights and fans were so cool!! And the bidets were a classy touch that we all loved! Very attentive host and very kind.

Get away
if there was 10 stars i would give this house and our experience 12 stars ha. My family ( 13 ) in all had a great time. The house had anything that we forgot and was laid out so everyone had lot's of space. The owners stayed in contact to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. We will be booking another visit soon.

Sisters/Cousins trip
House is very well done. Fit and finish are very nice. We all had our own bedrooms with three of the bedrooms having their own bath. We had areas to spend time together but then it was nice to have our own space too.
The balcony porches give a great view of the Gulf. Kitchen is well stocked and has good appliances. Washer and dryer were a nice feature.
A little drive to get to Galveston but we ARE from Texas so no big deal. Is easy to find coming from either Galveston or Surfside/ Lake Jackson. Plenty of parking.
Is far enough from the road that you dont hear traffic noises. Easy walk to the beach on the community boardwalk. Did not have a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting.
Karla was easy to work with and gave me information before I could ask.
Would definitely book this house again.

Fun With Family
Every few years we try to get our far-flung family together. This house was PERFECT for a multi-generational group. Plenty of family living space, well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, sand toys, even a wagon to haul it all down to the beach. Our timing was perfect as the beach was empty! There wasn't a thing that we reached for in this magical house that wasn't there. The amenities are so well thought out. We also loved the beautiful balconies, which were breezy in the afternoons. A great place to get out of the sun and sit and read. Be aware you are fairly far from a major grocery store. Save time and shop before you arrive, because once you are at the house, you will not want to leave! Kudos to our hosts Karla and Chris for their excellent communications.

Perfect large family vacation house
The owners thought of everything to make our week with our two sons and their families at their Galveston beach house memorable! Great, comfortable beds, lots of living space, clean well supplied kitchen and bathrooms and with all we needed. For our family of 6 adults and six children, ages 8 to 17, could not have been more perfect.
Super and thoughtful little touches like shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, eye makeup remover pads, a few dishwasher cubes and laundry pods, dish soap etc were great until we could get out and buy more. It was fantastic to have a variety of spices there as well for our culinary efforts!
Awesome views from most windows and a very short walk to a private, sandy beach.....no vehicles allowed! That was a huge factor for our family.
The beach wagons, toys, beach towels and downstairs showers were so convenient for those of us that flew to Galveston from Canada. Hard to take beach chairs in a suitcase!!
Kudos and bouquets to an excellently run property! Would rate it a five for sure and hope to return again!

Beautiful home, excellent location!
This is the best beach house we have ever stayed at. I can’t think of one thing we needed that they didn’t have in terms of appliances, towels for the beach, canopy and wagon to take down to the beach, and so much more! And when we had questions about where to find things, it was no trouble at all. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Just Rent the house you won't be disappointed. It is one of the nicest most equipped houses
We loved the house it had every thing you could need to enjoy your stay. It is just steps to the beach, we took our golf cart just around the corner to drive on to the beach . The beds were comfy and the showers on the main floor were awesome for washing off the littles and bigs before going upstairs. Made our stay one to remember.

Beautiful Home!
Our family had such a wonderful time at this beach house! The home was super clean and had everything we needed (and more!) for our stay. We have vacationed in Galveston with my extended family every summer for the past 15 years, and this was the best home we have stayed at by far. So thoughtfully designed. We definitely hope to come back next year!

This home was the perfect setting for our family beach vacation. It is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The host is responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed and then some. Perfect location, quiet, and few people on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property for a family! Very clean!
This is a very beautiful property, that we got to enjoy on our family reunion! It’s very clean and very close to the beach! We just didn’t want to leave! The only con I would say is that it’s a bit of a drive from Galveston, and a hassle to get to the stores! Apart from that, it’s just perfect! We would love to come back here again!!

Beautiful clean house short walk to the beach
We had the most amazing time at this house. I bring cleaning supplies everywhere I go and this is one of the first places I didn’t feel the need to clean when we got there. Plenty of space for the 9 of us to spread out. Lots of games for the kids to play. The beds were comfortable and lots of bed options for everyone. Wonderful beach chairs and a wagon to take the beach stuff out. The beach was a short walk from the house. The owner of the property responded immediately and was very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

It's our baby! we designed, built it and now enjoying it with our family, and happy to share it with your family as well. We love the location in the island, clean beaches and quiet atmosphere at the beach and in the neighborhood. We feel safe, at home and in touch with God and nature. Stress levels go down every time we are at this place, I hope it will happen to you as well.

My favorites of the house:
1) Kitchen Island with a view! and super comfortable to cook.
2) Ice Maker (we realized going to get ice to the supermarket was a little inconvienient.... we Love IT!!! )
3) Beverage fridge (my groceries don't fight for space with my husband's beer-wine)
4) Balconies (to get away and watch sunrise and sunsets)
5) Reading nooks in two bedrooms, I catch my daughters actually reading there... inviting
6) Little window in two upstairs showers... if you are tall you can peek and see the beach while showering
7) PRIVACY! Being able to close downstairs, only your family has access to the Main floor
8) BEDS we have new Serta Mattress for Full, Queen and King beds. Twin size mattress are intended for kids, they are firm because thats what is healthy for them
