The interior of the home offers a relaxed yet fresh take on traditional farmhouse design. On the 1st floor, you will find the light-filled living room and an open floor plan that allows for the entire group to enjoy each other. The open concept, well-stocked eat-in kitchen has brand new quartz countertops, stainless steal appliances, fixtures, and a large island that seats 4. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has a seating for 2. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer, provided detergent and iron/ironing board to ensure you are looking your best.

All bedrooms have remote controlled fans/lights, blackout curtains and ample closet space. The first bedroom on the main floor has a King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with upgraded shower, duel sinks and spacious walk-in closet. As you head upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. One has a King-sized bed and the other has a Queen and Full-sized beds. The second full bathroom is located on the main floor with a tub/shower combo and duel sinks.

Outside, you'll find the home's inviting wrap around front porch where you can enjoy a drink, good conversation, or the morning sunrise. Take a stroll over to Glencarin Gardens which boasts an 11 acre paradise that has a variety of blooms year round with beautifully landscaped lawns and walkways. This house is on a safe and quiet street surrounded by a mix of older homes, churches and homes investors are renovating.

This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $150 Per pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

There is a $20 per guest per night additional fee for groups over 6 people.
