Beautiful property that is clearly lovingly maintained. We loved our week staying here. Highly recommend this as it's close to everything in the Brainerd Lakes area.

Beautiful home and setting

Great location and lovely home. We enjoyed the area and the owner was great. The multiple living areas made it easy for us to spread out. We enjoyed the deck, and the fire pit was an added bonus!

Loved this cabin!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Loved having water access! We used the kayaks and canoe, tied our boat up and fished off the dock! Perfect set for our family!

Beautiful lake home

We loved everything about this wonderful home on the lake! Super clean, stocked, and spacious for our family. We spent so much time on the lake fishing and swimming and taking in the scenery and wildlife. Can’t wait to come back again!

Our friends/family (3 couples) have stayed at this home three years in a row and are already planning our next trip here. This roomy home has every amenity from comfortable furnishings, indoor and out, to a fully stocked kitchen, just bring your food and clothes. If you have a boat, bring that too with the lakeside dock right on the property this home offers everything.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. House is clean, great size, neighborhood is pretty quiet and we loved it. Frances is great. Wonderful communication and this place is as advertised. Highly recommend

Nice house on the channel - Breezy Point

This was a very nice house on the channel with kayaks and a canoe to get out on the lake. House was well appointed, clean and up to date. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great space for a family or two.

Fantastic stay!!!

I booked this stay for a girls weekend over 9+ months ago, and we had been so looking forward to it ever since. The property lived up to the hype & we had a great time. Absolutely beautiful place, location is fantastic, and had no issues getting ahold of the property manager as needed. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Wonderful stay

It was a very clean, nicely decorated and very cozy cabin like retreat. Plenty of living space for spreading out and the best appointed kitchen. It had 2 nice knives, nice pots and pans, plenty of flatware and dishes as well as serving pieces. It even had electric griddle, crock pot and food processor! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :-)

Cabin trip

We had the best week ever at this cabin. This was our 2nd year in a row coming and it was just as amazing as the 1st time!! Bonfires every night, huge backyard to play games in, and a private dock for your boat. We could not ask for more!

Three Generations Family Vacation

Very accommodating for all. Enjoyed playing Corn hole and using the watercraft. Great location for golf. Lovely deck and screened porch. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, multiple TV’s, great laundry facility. Would recommend to others!

Great Getaway

The house was great. Having the use of a garage was fantastic and the layout allowed our family to spread out and have our own space when we wanted and come together in the cozy living room too. The deck was great (lots of spider webs though due to to the time of year) and we enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds.

Everything about our trip was perfect. The location of property, the condition, living space, communication etc couldn’t have been better. Fun for the Family, Close to Breezy Point!

This is an incredible property run by an amazing host! We had a wedding at Breezy Point and wanted a place close by for all of the family to stay, it was a 15 minute walk or 3 minute golf cart ride to the resort. The house was beautiful and clean, with enough to do for everyone in the family! The kids loved fishing off the dock and playing PacMan, while the adults enjoyed canoeing, playing bean bags, and visiting on the deck with beautiful scenery in the background. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Amazing home

This property was perfect for our family. It is spacious, has nice views of water, equipped with everything you could need and is meticulously clean. There is enough space that everyone can find a spot to relax. The kitchen is fun to cook in. There are inside and outside dining options. The back yard is great for games. We didn't use the kayaks but would have with more time. Having a beach within walking distance was also a plus.

Everything you want and more!

Fire pit, Blackstone, fishing dock, kayaks, canoe, expansive deck and screened-in porch with ample seating….you simply couldn’t ask for more included outdoor amenities from a single property. We utilized them all! The house was spacious and meticulous. It was nice to have enough space to gather all of us to chat and play games, as well as several areas to sit and relax in smaller groupings/ alone throughout the property. It is perfectly situated near many local activities and attractions. We will return!

Summer fun-2023

Our stay at this beautiful property was one of our best family gatherings ever! This home offers many different spaces for people to do their own thing or gather for meals in the spacious kitchen/dining area. Some of us golfed, others kayaked off the private dock and we enjoyed a run into Nisswa for a bit of shopping. Our grandson most enjoyed the wildlife that visited the neighborhood. We have owned Easy Breez'n for over 15 years which we used it strictly ourselves and family. After a while we thought it would be nice to offer others the unique experience of Up North Minnesota.

Located on the channel allows for an easy access to Pelican Lake where you can partake in water sports, fish or just lounge and take in nature. A visit to Gooseberry Island is always fun, especially when the island goats make an appearance.

With the close proximity to Breezy Point Resort, you have the opportunity to use their public boat launch to launch your watercraft and cruise only a few minutes over to Easy Breez'n and dock your watercraft. Take in resort activities for every season ranging from golf, fishing and live music during the Summer months at the Marina. Interested in shopping for unique gifts? A short car ride to Nisswa is right up you alley. Like biking or hiking, look no further than the Paul Bunyan Trail. Access in the town of Pequot Lakes, a 10 minute drive from the cabin.
The Headwaters of the Mississippi is only a little over an hour car ride where you can kayak, canoe and visit the history center.
