About this property

Fully furnished home in Anthem at Merrill Ranch Parkside

Fully equipped 2 bedroom plus den 2 bath rancher in Parkside (family). This home is my winter home, I am in Canada and can't cross the border yet so looking to rent it out for this winter. King bed in master, twin beds in 2nd bedroom. 2 big screen HD tv's. 3 outdoor patios one covered. Broil King bbq, portable gas firepit, patio furniture. 2 car garage. 3 blocks from the community center with basketball, fitness center, indoor rock climbing wall, games room, large outdoor pool, water slides, pickle ball and tennis courts. Tykes splash pad, park with catch and release ponds. 2 minute drive to Troon golf course. Shopping 10 min walk or 2 min drive. Very secure community with numerous police officers living there. 45 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, 10 miles north of Florence AZ and 5 minutes south of Johnson Ranch, 15 minutes to San Tan Flats Very quiet area. Sorry no pets and non smokers only.
