This comfortable apartment in Westerland on Sylt is waiting for you!
The apartment is located near the south grove in the south of Westerland. The beach can be reached on foot in about 5 - 10 minutes.
There is a beautiful children's playground at the edge of the forest. The dune region begins just a few 100 meters from the house. The city center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
There is a fixed tenant parking space.
The apartment is completely renovated and is very quiet, with flat screen TV, cable TV, and new bathroom.
The new, very comfortable box spring bed in the bedroom has a sleeping area of approx. 180 x 200 cm.
In the living room, the new sofa bed with real mattress (suitable for long-term sleepers) can be pulled out, so that a total of up to four people can be accommodated.
Enjoy your vacation from the start, you will receive the laundry package per person (bed linen, a large shower towel and a towel)

Very clean & nice stay. Not the closest to the beach as it says so recommend renting a car because a far walk to town centre but apartment very comfy stay

Gute Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt
Der Kontakt war hervorragend, eine Anreise freitags war kein Problem. Es waren genug Handtücher da :-)
Leider war es nicht so sauber, Steckdosen waren staubig, im Bad waren Haare an den Fliesen. Der gesammelte Staub lag in der Ecke (wenn der große Spiegel gedreht wurde).
Als wir ankamen wurde die Wohnung noch geputzt was ich nicht als angenehm empfunden habe.
Es ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus und hellhörig.
Leider steht im Keller nur 1 Waschmaschine - kostet 1,50€ pro Waschgang.
Das Haus wird regelmäßig sauber gemacht :-) :-)

wir sind zufrieden ! :)
Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub. Die Lage war Top! Der Strand dort in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr sehr schön. Die kleine Wohnung war auch sehr nett hergerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und sind sehr dankbar, dass auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen wurde. :)

Preis Leistung stimmt; rundum eine super Unterkunf
Wir haben eine gut ausgestattete und saubere FeWo vorgefunden und sind herzlich empfangen worden. Die FeWo hat ein gute Lage, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 Min. in der Innenstadt von Westeland.
Wir würden dieses Domizil zum angegeben Preis wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön, sauber, alles was man so benötigt im täglichen Leben war verfügbar. Zum Strand ist es wirklich nur ein Katzensprung, genauso wie in die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären auch gern noch länger geblieben aber leider war die Unterkunft ja schon ausgebucht 😉 Vielleicht klappt es ja nächstes oder übernächstes Jahr noch einmal.

nette,praktische Ferienwohnung in Westerland
Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles , was man braucht!
Es war außerdem sehr gepflegt-
Kurzer Fußweg direkt zum Meer aber auch in die süße kleine Innenstadt von Westerland!
Alles in allem TOP u nur zu empfehlen.
