Behind the building, there’s a parking space for your car, and you can store your bike in the designated storage room to keep it dry.
It’s a 2-minute walk to the city centre and the shopping district.

The North German style and island charm are evident the moment you step into the hallway. From the front door, you immediately catch your first glimpse of the sea. The doors to the bathroom and bedroom each feature a porthole. The open-concept living area is every cook’s dream, as you can see the sea to the side while standing at the hob. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet every need. Coffee lovers’ hearts will skip a beat in the morning when they get to choose between a pod machine and a classic drip coffee maker. The cosy sofa nook can be used as a second sleeping area or simply for relaxing.
The bedroom features two single box-spring beds for a comfortable night’s sleep. Worth noting are the USB ports on the outlets, where you can easily plug in your cell phone or iPad. A spacious closet offers plenty of room for your holiday wardrobe.
In the bathroom, you can’t only freshen up, but also play your favourite songs through the sound system while standing under the rain shower and then enjoy the luxury of heated floors.

You can access the balcony through the living area. The balcony is furnished with two comfortable chairs and a table. This is the perfect place to start your day and wind down in the evening, as the side view of the ocean is breathtaking.
