Newly renovated and Decorated Penthouse with ocean views. This 5th floor unit is located Two blocks from the famous MTV “Siesta Key” Crescent Beach and 4 blocks from the #1 beach in the country Siesta Key Beach. If walking is not your thing you can take the free trolley anywhere on the Island. The master has a new King size bed and its own bath that was just redone with beautiful tile and granite work. The second Bedroom has a new Queen and single bed also with its own freshly redone bathroom. There is also a roll out bed if needed. The open kitchen with breakfast bar has granite tops and new stainless steel appliances all that one would need. The New Washer and Dryer are located in the kitchen area. Living room and Dining room combination were just refurnished and has a very comfortable feel to it. You can sit outside on the Lanai for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. You can also gain access to the storage closet that has the items needed for the beach. There are new smart Televisions in both bedrooms and a new 65 inch smart TV in the living room. Wi-Fi, covered parking, elevator and luggage cart all to make for an easier stay. Bay Oaks is located on the bay across the street from the beach. It has its own fishing pier, or a place to sit out and just watch the boats go by. It has BBQ area, picnic tables, Tennis courts, heated pool, club house with pool table and park like grounds. Just down the road you will find boat, jet ski, and bicycle rentals, Excellent restaurants, stores and entertainment in Siesta key Village.

We loved this place! We go to Siesta Key at least yearly and were very impressed. It was the perfect fit for our family of 4. The host was very helpful. It had all the beach gear you would need including a wagon and cooler. Great place to relax and walking distance to our favorite restaurants.

The condo is in an older complex, but we were very pleasantly surprised by this unit. It was in great shape, tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean & comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms for four women was great. Check-in & check-out was easy. Nice pool & short walk to bay. The owner was so helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely rent from him again and recommend both the owner and condo to future guests.

Clean and Affordable Vacation Rental

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. Siesta Key has become an annual vacation for our family and we would definitely stay here again. The rental was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there was even beach toys/wagon we could use at the beach. Our kids loved playing in the pool at Bay Oaks too! The check in and check out process was very easy and we had no issues! I recommend staying here for a more affordable vacation spot!

Winter escape

We came to Siesta Key to find warmer weather. The condo was perfect. The Frog Hop made it easy to go everywhere. Joe was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this condo. Perfect location & very clean.

Comfort and Care

We had a comfortable stay and everything we needed. We had easy access to the trolley system between the property and the village. Also the property owner was easily available for our few questions. He was very friendly and offered advice for places to eat. Check in and check out was easy. We also appreciated their was a luggage cart so fewer trips needed to load our belongings upon arrival and departure. The only thing we needed was easier access to the beach. The property owner did provide a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, one float and a few noodles.

Our stay was amazing! Well appointed condo for the three of us!

The condo met all of our expectations and then some!! During a time with so much sickness, the condo was sparkling clean which we so appreciated! It had everything we needed to be comfortable! The beds and pillows allowed us to sleep wonderfully! Nice beach chairs (like the ones we own), beach towels and a roller cooler made beach days easy and fun!! The property manager allowed us to check in an hour or so early and answered questions almost immediately if we had any! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We will go back home recharged!!

Nice Home Away From Home Vacation Rental

My husband, 7 year old son, & I stayed in this beautiful condo for our trip this year. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, & cozy. The kitchen was well supplied with cups, plates, bowls, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, & Keurig coffee maker. The rooms were cozy & very clean & we had more than enough towels supplied. We did bring our own beach towels. The washer & dryer was a definite plus! There was also a beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, toys, & a couple of coolers supplied. We chose to drive to the beach but found the cart very helpful with carrying our chairs, umbrella, cooler, & other items. Joe was an awesome host & was very friendly & easy to get ahold of with any issues. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

Great condo and great location. Easy walk to the beach. Beach wagon at the condo very convenient to transport chairs/umbrella/ cooler. City beach one mile down the road in other locations. Trolley stop right outside complex and beautiful area to grill on inter coastal waterway. You can see the night skies and gulf from the balcony. Kitchen very well stocked with quality wares for the nights you want to stay on and cook. Joseph was very responsive to all communication and great ti work with. Truly a wonderful experience with easy access to all of Siesta Key—walking, biking or on the trolley. Thanks for the memories!

Nice Condo

Well maintained, clean, safe Condo and grounds. Nice pool and dock/sitting area on the bay. For our party, location was not ideal because it was to long of a walk with beach supplies. We ended up packing the car and driving to beaches. Hence the four star rating in that area. Would of been helpful to have checkout instructions in regards to linens, dishwasher, left over food/items, garbage, etc. We only were provided with one garbage bag. Trolley and Frog Hooper were great but be prepared to wait at times. It was a great place to stay if you are not looking for convenient beach access.

Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condominium! The condo was cute, clean, and Joe's communication was outstanding! Beach access was wonderful if you drove (or used the trolley) up to the public access to Siesta Beach. We found it very inconvenient to use the beach that is directly across the street since it doesn't have public access. The only time we did was when we watched the fireworks, and the walk was long and frustrating. That would be our only complaint. That's certainly not Joe's fault. That area should really consider easier beach access to other parts of the beach. Other than that, we loved it! If you stay here, don’t miss the sunsets from the back of the complex overlooking the bay. It’s beautiful!

Best of Best in Siesta Key

This was my families first time in Siesta Key. We were traveling to Siesta Key for my son's Spring Break. This condo is sooo cute, perfectly decorated, updated, very very clean, and has all of the amenities you need! We had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beach, from beach towels and umbrellas to a beach cart and beach toys. We were pleasantly surprised by the view from the screened lanai. To top it off, the condo complex backs to the canal that separates Siesta Key from Sarasota where there are grills and a dock. The pool temperature was perfect. The host Joe, is very nice and responded to our questions immediately. He even checked on us to ensure we had a great stay after we checked out. The location of the condo is PERFECT! A short drive(3-5 minutes) to the Siesta Key beach free parking lot and beach access point. It is a short walk to the Crescent Beach access point. We are already discussing our next trip to Siesta Key and will for sure book this condo.
