Our beautifully remodeled corner end-unit townhome is one of the largest in the complex at over 1,725 sq ft, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Tucked away from pool noise and activity, you’ll enjoy stunning views from two private furnished lanais — the perfect serene retreat for families and multigenerational groups who want space, comfort, and privacy.

The Bedrooms

The master suite is a true sanctuary featuring Tommy Bahama furnishings, a Cal-King bed, a spa-like renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and oversized soaking tub, and a private lanai with golf course views. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom — ideal for a couple. The third bedroom also features a queen bed with an equally luxurious adjacent bath. A bonus room on the second level includes a desk and queen sleeper sofa, perfect as a fourth sleeping space or home office.

The Kitchen & Living Areas

Cook like a chef in the fully renovated gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, new GE appliances, filtered water, and an icemaker. Dining inside seats up to 10. The open-concept living area features upscale furnishings with down cushions, smart TVs, and a sound bar. Walking into the villa was like walking in to someone’s home. It was so well appointed, equipped and clean. This gated villa was so ideally situated, close to many amenities. Some of our family could be at the beaches, some shopping, some laying at the pool and some just relaxing at the villa. Couldn’t of asked for a better vacation.

This was the perfect vacation home for our family of mostly seven adults. It is beautiful and super clean and had comfortable furnishings with everything we needed. The surrounding grounds are picture perfect, quiet and so close to many great beaches. Great shopping center is close by. The home has a well supplied kitchen and plenty of beach gear. The living spaces are immaculate and spacious and comfortable. My entire family was impressed. Michelle is super responsive and attentive. By far this is the best rental we have ever enjoyed and we would definitely love to come back again!

We loved our stay at this property. The communication with the owner was excellent. All the living spaces were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. We particularly liked the location of the unit relative to shops, restaurants, and grocery store (literally minutes away on foot). There was very little outside noise (except for the birds, which we loved). Would definitely recommend this rental and stay there again.

Perfect Place For Two Young Families

My family and our best friends family stayed here for a week. 2 couples, a 3 year old, a two year old, and a 4 month old. It was perfect. Very roomy and cozy at the same time. The lanai and outside play area were perfect for the kids- and we all loved the pool. The Hilton Pool Pass day was SUPER FUN too, definitely a highlight of the trip. It’s also good location to many great beaches. I would highly recommend this home!

This is a very nice well maintained and well equipped unit and also very clean. We enjoyed a family Christmas here and liked the location a lot as well. It’s quiet but close to lots of conveniences and in easy walking distance to A Beach. I would recommend it.

Highly recommend this particular villa..............with the location, built-in gas grill and discounted golf rates, you can't beat it. We return to Waikoloa Village every few years and this is definitely our favorite rental. Everyone in our group also commented on the comfort of each of their beds. Perfect Stay!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was nothing but perfect for my family. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! The Hilton Pool pass, beach chairs and ice chest were a huge plus for us. Michelle is a great host and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Why they chose this property

After looking at different communities on the Kohala Coast we chose to purchase this town home at Waikoloa Beach Villas because of its location to the many amenities within Waikoloa Beach Resort. We were also attracted to the low density within our community (only 120 condos), the two beautiful resort style pools, and the beautifully landscaped grounds. We especially like being within walking distance to both the Queens and Kings Marketplaces home to high end restaurants, shopping, Starbucks and local entertainment. After walking into this private end unit next to a large open breezeway we knew we found our home-away-from-home.

What makes this property unique

Born an island of both fire and ice, where land and sea meet in one of Earth's most epic battles, is where we discover the Big Island of Hawaii towering above the crashing waves. Home to two of the world's greatest mountains, one of the world's most active volcanoes, 11 of the world's 13 climate zones, Hawaii's greatest king, and the wettest city in the United States (HILO), the Big Island of Hawaii is an island like no other. It is an island of such proportions that all of the other islands in the main Hawaiian chain could fit inside it twice.
Sitting in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the landmass of the Big Island is approximately the same size as the state of Connecticut, about 4,050 square miles, and is still growing daily thanks to Kilauea Volcano on the eastern coast of the island.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is located on the Kohala Coast with ideal weather year round with average temperatures in the 80's. The best beaches on the island, beautiful Hapuna and Kauna'oa beaches are an easy 10 minute drive away. This upscale community has something for everybody!
