We are ideally located within easy walking distance to the Queens’ Marketplace, Kings’ Shops, A-Bay Beach, Hilton Waikoloa, and the Marriott hotel. You can enjoy bars without having to worry about having a designated driver.
This end-unit, Hawaiian plantation style villa has been very tastefully decorated and furnished, is located on the 3rd green of the world class Beach Course in a tropical gated community. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this units location away from all the pools activities and noise.
Our freshly painted 3 bedroom/3 bath town-home boasts an open concept living space with all high-end furnishings throughout, and a large outdoor lanai space of approximately 450 square feet. There is plenty of space to spread out at the Gaddie Condo.
The well stocked kitchen boasts Granite counter tops and all Stainless Steel appliances. To entertain the family, we have a new 50” SMART flatscreen HDTV in the open concept living area, along with Flat-Screen TVs in every bedroom. We also provide Snorkel Equipment, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Coolers, Beach Towels and Beach toys. Guests of the resort can also enjoy discounted golf prices along with free shuttle service to both the Kings and Beach Golf Courses.
Gorgeous golf and mountain views await you off the living and dining room on the large wrap-around lanai with an outdoor kitchen. Your private outdoor summer kitchen is equipped with a Viking BBQ, wet bar with granite countertops, custom cabinets along, luxury outdoor lanai furniture along with a new outdoor dining table that seats four.

If booking a property managed by a Property Mgmt. company most charge an additional "Administrative Fee" and their House Cleaning Fees are substantially higher than ours upwards of $100. We do our best to keep our fees as minimal as possible to guests.
Resort hotels quote a nightly rate, but then you pay an “activity fee” in addition to a nightly parking charge as well. Also, VRBO now charges guests a Service Fee which goes directly to VRBO and not the owner.

Michael and I live in South Orange County. I am a California native. Michael was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. We are now empty nesters. Our two sons, Austin, and Clayton are both students at USC. Michael is a business consultant specializing in construction management and has been on the AOAO at Waikoloa Beach Villas since 2010. I have been in Real Estate since 2001 and am also an executive distributor with Young Living. We love the Big Island and visit 2-3 times each year. Come and visit the Big Island. Why Owner chose Puako
After looking at different communities in Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea we choose to purchase our vacation home "Gaddie Condo" at "WaikoloaBeachVillas" in Waikoloa Beach Resort. The atmosphere here is relaxed and friendly! We were attracted to the low density within our community (only 120 condos), the two beautiful resort style pools, and the beautifully landscaped grounds. We especially like being within walking distance to both the Queens and Kings Marketplaces home to high end restaurants, shopping, Starbucks and local entertainment. After walking into J-4 we new we found our home-away-from-home. We would love to share our little piece of paradise with you.
What makes this Condo unique
Born an island of both fire and ice, where land and sea meet in one of Earth's most epic battles, is where we discover the Big Island of Hawaii towering above the crashing waves. Home to two of the world's greatest mountains, one of the world's most active volcanoes, 11 of the world's 13 climate zones, Hawaii's greatest king, and the wettest city in the United States (HILO), the Big Island of Hawaii is an island like no other. It is an island of such proportions that all of the other islands in the main Hawaiian chain could fit inside it twice. Sitting in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the landmass of the Big Island is approximately the same size as the state of Connecticut, about 4,050 square miles, and is still growing daily thanks to Kilauea Volcano on the eastern coast of the island. Waikoloa Beach Resort is located on the Kohala Coast with ideal weather year round with average temperatures in the 80's. Owners have provided everything you need to have a great holiday. All rooms have Queen or larger beds, making it great for couples traveling together. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The condo is VERY clean and well maintained. We highly recommend and will be back!
The condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was nice being able to walk across the way for our morning Starbuck’s. The beds were very comfortable too. We plan on returning. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay in the home, the accommodations were perfect and the Tommy Bahama decor was top notch. We would definitely stay again!
A beautiful, fully stocked 3 bedroom condo in a perfect location!
We have visited Hawai‘i multiple times over the years but this was our first visit to the Big Island. We completely lucked out in finding Michelle’s condo! It is in an excellent location right on a golf course and very close (10-15 min drive) to a number of the top rated beaches on the island. The condo itself has a private garage to park in and 2 pools to access which our 3 year old daughter loved. The patio ‘backs’ onto a large, beautifully manicured grass area where you can lounge in the sun and let your kids explore. We made great use of the private barbecue and outdoor patio space as well. The space inside is beautifully decorated, with a fully stocked (more than any we’ve seen before) kitchen and 3 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Michelle was attentive to any questions about the island we had and was a complete pleasure to deal with. We have previously used Kauai as our ‘go to’ getaway but I think this will be our new destination and with Michelle’s place you cannot go wrong! We will be back!!
